  Chris at Mavis Tire was fantastic! Friendly, informative, and took the time to explain everything without any pressure. He did a great job, made the whole experience easy, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s nice to find someone who genuinely cares about taking care of their customers.   Nice people, had changed to this shop for convenience but not again. Came home noticed one of my locking nuts was missing. Called up and they said they did me a favor by fixing the problem on the spot by replacing the missing nut with a basic nut I had in my car. Did they call this out to me before I left, of course not. This was a LOCKING nut. Nobody is stealing a singular locking nut, they don't have the key. This location was the only one to rotate my tires the past 3 oil changes. So in other words, they misplaced/lost and did me a favor. Amazing.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire! Chris and the rest of the guys were friendly, professional, and took great care of me. My A/C wasn't working, and although it took them a little while to track down the leak, I actually appreciated that because it showed they wanted to find the problem and fix it the right way instead of rushing through it. I highly recommend Chris and the team if you're looking for honest, quality service. Thanks again for getting me back on the road with cold A/C!

  David at Mavis Tires & Brakes was incredibly helpful & provided outstanding customer service. I had driven a rental car from Texas to Florida and needed assistance right away. David helped me immediately, was professional, kind, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. Definitely would recommend this place !!!

  I highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes on Walsingham! I bought my new tires from them recently for my Audi Q3 (for the best price I found plus super quick installation) but they also do so much more than just tires! Everyone is always friendly, professional and willing to help with all of my vehicle’s needs. As my neighborhood auto shop, I stop in often when my check engine or any notifications pop up and they’re always able to help quickly and with great service and prices — they often even help for no charge at all! A special thank you to Chris, who consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. He is knowledgeable, honest, and patient and always takes the time to explain what’s going on with my car and answer any questions I have. Thank you, Chris and the entire team at Mavis for your excellent service. I definitely recommend your business to anyone looking for reliable, friendly and trustworthy care!
