Do not come to this Mavis location. Go anywhere else. I went to this location after a tire blew and specifically explained that I know quite a bit about cars and that my father has managed multiple Mavis locations. I came in needing one tire and was ultimately talked into purchasing two. I also paid for an alignment. Before leaving, I specifically asked how long I realistically had before I would need to replace my rear tires because I wanted to make sure my car was safe. I was told my rear tires had really good tread and that everything was fine. Not long afterward, my dad noticed that something looked wrong with my wheels and alignment. Then, while I was driving approximately 70 MPH on the highway, one of my rear tires literally exploded. Thankfully, I was able to get safely off the road. When I had the tire inspected elsewhere, I was shocked. The inside of the tire was completely destroyed and bald, while the outside still had what appeared to be almost-new tread. I was then told that my alignment was extremely bad. I contacted the original Mavis location and asked them to correct the alignment under warranty. I was initially given excuses about not wanting the same technician to work on it again. I asked to speak with the manager, was told someone would follow up with me, gave them my phone number, and never received a call back. I also asked the original location for the alignment printout because I wanted to see exactly what the measurements were, but I was not provided with it. The fact that I was not allowed to see the alignment paperwork before leaving Mavis now seems very telling. The alignment was apparently so bad that I believe there was a reason I was not shown the results. At that point, I took my vehicle to the Tarpon Springs Mavis, where Jeremy handled the alignment. They showed me the alignment paperwork, including the before-and-after measurements. I still have the printed copies, and the difference is absolutely insane. The paperwork clearly showed clear as day just how far out of alignment my vehicle had been. The alignment was corrected and is now perfect. What makes this experience especially unacceptable is that I was repeatedly told my vehicle was fine, yet I ended up with a severely damaged rear tire and a dangerous situation on the highway shortly afterward. This was not just an inconvenience or a bad customer-service experience I was driving 70 MPH when my tire failed. Whether this was negligence, incompetence, or a failure to properly inspect and service my vehicle, I cannot say. What I can say is that I will never trust this location with my vehicle again. I went there expecting professional work and left with a vehicle that, according to another Mavis location, had a severely incorrect alignment. I paid for a service that I expected to be done correctly the first time, and I was then left without meaningful follow-up when I raised the issue. I have still received no compensation, no apology, and no meaningful response whatsoever for what happened, not for the dangerous tire failure, not for the severely incorrect alignment, not for the lack of follow-up, and not for refusing to provide the alignment paperwork when I asked for it. Do not come to this Mavis location. Do not trust them with your vehicle. Go anywhere else literally anywhere else is better than this location. Huge thank you to Jeremy at the Tarpon Springs Mavis for actually taking the time to correct the problem and show me the alignment results. That experience was completely different from what I received at this location.

Don’t come here they will try to scam u they told me I needed new breaks and calipers quoted me 1200 went to 2 other independent shops and they said my breaks still had life and calipers were just fine they try and find problems where this is none to get money out of you

I can not say enough about any of the Mavis locations I have been too! I stopped at the Largo location for an oil change as I was working next door, well, too my surprise i needed more than just an oil change... i had an oil leak.. wasnt expecting to spend what I was quoted as I am going on vacation soon.. they worked with me and told me about their Credit card that I applied for which helped me save money. They were very professional definitely made sure my Jeep would be safe to drive as I travel for work. Thank you guys again!!!
