I brought my Murano in because my brake lights would not turn off. They replaced the sensor, also changed my oil, rotated and aligned the tires. They also applied as many discounts as they could, to bring the price down. I am very satisfied customer!

I had such a long and stressful weekend, and then I found out I had a hole in my tire and my tire pressure kept going down. I was honestly so nervous and didn’t know what I was going to do.
John, Tyler, and Leah were AMAZING and helped me out so much! They were able to get me in and out with absolutely no pressure, and Leah especially helped calm my nerves and made the whole experience so much easier. ❤️
The customer service was incredible, the prices were amazing, and they genuinely made me feel taken care of. It’s hard to find places with great prices AND amazing customer service, but they definitely have both!

I had called and made an appointment to have my front suspension tie rod ends checked. Arrived a little before my 11:30 time. They welcomed me took my keys and pointed to the waiting area. 70 minutes later I approached the counter asked about my appointment time and was told they been waiting for the better lift... sorry, my time is up. 70 minutes late to get started with an appointment is not exceptable in my book.

I can't say enough good things about Mavis Tires & Brakes. I came in needing four new tires and brake work, and they took care of me from start to finish. Not only did they get me a great deal on the tires, they gave me an amazing discount that saved me a lot more than I expected to spend.
Special thanks to Allie for being so helpful and welcoming, to Timor, the manager, for going out of his way to get me the best price possible, and to John, the technician, who did excellent work on my car. Everyone was honest, friendly, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need. They explained exactly what my car needed and got it done quickly.
