  The young lady that helped me with my reservation in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area was extremely helpful and friendly. She was most accommodating and understanding.

  I dealt with very pleasant people when I was in office I don't recall her name but she was super nice at both pick up and drop off. She found a car for me that would work the car was clean which is not normally the case with Enterprise cars they usually have a smell this one did not and I was completely satisfied thank you for your help

  Busy at 9:00 a.m. when they opened on a Saturday, but manager was cool and patient with everyone. Pays to complete your information online ahead of your reservation

  I had scheduled a pick up for 9am est and I got to the collision center early 8:30am, so I called enterprise to see if they can pick me up earlier and they said they will try and the "guy" who was out picking up/dropping off people would be there as soon as they could.. I was okay with that since I was early.. I waited and waited and waited.. the collision center had to call them to find out where they were and then they finally go there an hour later 10 am est and it was a "women" no "guy".. then they gave me a car that wrecked of smoke when I dont smoke and a car with scratches and the front tire looked like it was about to go flat.. it shouldn't take so long when my pickup appointment for the enterprise location is only 10 min away from the collision center. I had to go back into the office to ask for a non smoking car. They did trade it out for a nonsmoking one.. Then... the person who got the car also choose not to give me a quick tour of the cars functioning so I had to go back inside to ask for assistance since it is a newer model car with a lot of gadgets. I dont recommend this place to anyone.. horrible service from day one.. and nasty cars..
