  I purchased a 2024 Audi from this circus. You would expect a car that new not to have any issues. The management in an effort to put my mind at ease about buying a car from a rental company told me about the 30 day full warranty. I figured that would be enough time to discover an underlying issue so we purchased the car. 30 days to the day I was driving and got an alert to turn the car of immediately and add coolant. I did. I watched it just leak out onto the road. I called the manager, explained what happened and asked how she would like to handle it. She replied, " sounds like you should call a repair shop like Audi". Yes, I should have also called a real car dealership like Audi. Dont do business with this place, it is run by crooks. David

  Pretty easy process. They handle everything. Even returned my rental for me. Got a 2024 with a fair offer and drove home with registration in hand and my old plate on the car. John was great!
