  Simple. Walked in, asked for locking lug nuts for my trailer, first guy not a clue, told me "if we have it, it will be over there?. Parts manager very friendly but wasn't sure of what I was talking about! Manager sitting on a chair, said she broke her leg and had to roll the chair to the section. She said...we don't have it. I told first guy, "sorry I irritated you". He replied..."I have blisters. Im not feeling good". This place is a "hot mess". Not expecting miracles... just want to spend my money.

  The gentleman with the last name Plum was so helpful and kind. I was dealing with a brake light issue and he took time to help me troubleshoot some things it could be. I had a great experience with him and the business.

  I went into the store thinking I was low on oil and transmission fluid. I was prepared to buy what I needed. A kind young man, named Joe, came to my rescue....when he checked fluid levels, he said I didn't need any fluids at all and showed me how to check the levels going forward. It was his caring personality that impressed me the most and he certainly made my day.

  I came to the auto parts store to buy motor oil and asked the employee if he could help me pour it into my car. Unfortunately, he refused. I was a bit disappointed because I was purchasing the oil there. I hope the customer service can improve.
