    Savannah is not a good fit my husband has been coming up here to this store for the longest working on my car and Savannah verbally said she didn’t have a part that he purchased earlier in the day mind you she became upset and hung up in my face horrible customer service this will be resolved.

    Hi all, I went to return a starter purchased the day before at another location and was immediately cursed at and accused of trying to return a used starter because it had fingerprints on it. I am an ASE certified Technician and have never in 45 years been treated the way I was at this location. There was no questions asked if there was nothing else wrong with the starter just cursing and accusations. See picture of starter. It didn't fit because the wires was too short to attach to the solenoid. Can you tell which one is used?

    I found the service here to be absolutely terrible. Even just standing in the store listening to the other girl snap at someone on the phone I was so uncomfortable. I desperately needed a new battery and Russ the general manager argued with me in the parking lot that his little computer was saying my dead battery I just had to have jumped twice was working perfectly fine. I didn’t even need him to check, I knew I needed it replaced. He stuck the machine in my face and said “it says right here it’s operating perfectly fine” then asked me all kinds of questions like I’m an idiot when I said it’s a bad battery. “what do you mean when you say it dies, what happens” I said “what happens is the battery dies” and then he does a “FuLl SyStEm ScAn” and then what do you know? “ok now it’s saying the battery is bad for whatever reason.” And then he got a major attitude when he was wrong. I told him it was a Civic at the very beginning of the conversation then he’s under the hood and asks “what is this an accord?” Not only does he know NOTHING about cars, but he has a major chip on his shoulder like he’s president of the parts store. Never apologized, said thank you, or have a good day. He had a snarky remark for absolutely everything, even down to my bent debit card. He spoke down to me and made me feel small. Had he not drained what little power my battery had left trying to prove me wrong, I would’ve gone to Autozone where they spoke to me with respect and kindness. The only reason I came here is my dead battery should’ve been under warranty with them but he couldn’t find it in the system. Even my tow truck driver told me not to come here. I’ll never step foot in this store again and I don’t recommend anyone else do either.
