  I came to get my oil changed here yesterday because I came onto this website and read all these wonderful reviews on the service and how this location does not try to upsell like a lot of other oil change facilities do. I found out that information was FALSE. Immediately upon opening my hood and my oil cap the FIRST thing said to me was that my "oil was dirty" and that "this black stuff is carbon that is coming from your engine so we need to flush it out, that is $20." Which was delivered as a statement and not a question. I reluctantly agreed to that charge but then immediately after he claimed that I have an oil leak and need a gasket changed which they don't perform here. But he could instead SELL me an additive which would slow the leak. At that point I knew I was just being upsold things I don't need because there is NO indication of an oil leak in my car. I told him no I will not be purchasing anything else. I have my own personal mechanic who will just fix the gasket for me. To which my mechanic confirmed to me that BOTH things told to me by this man were a lie and just a ploy to get more money out of me. The ONLY other thing checked was my engine air filter, which I was told was still good. I declined for him to check my cabin air filter, but then ALL the other services that are included in an oil change were also ignored. None of my fluids were checked or refilled and neither were my tires. I will not be returning for any other services here. I am better off at Jiffy Lube or Valvoline.

  Oil slowly leaking after the service. Poured way too much for my car. Not happy.

  Been coming here for two years now and it's been fantastic service. Always friendly and helpful and great inspection of fluids and filters. Definitely recommend!

  Update: after communicating with customer service who reached out, the issue I encountered was resolved! They apologized and recognized the issue. I would definitely return and hope they have the initial issue fully resolved on my return. I am deducting a star due to the initial issue and the failure for the business to return my Initial phone call. Service was good and prompt, HOWEVER, their automated system sent a discount code that doesn’t work and the young man that was working had to apologize for not being able to honor the code. Very bad business practice. I will not be coming back
