- VGVince GreenAug 17, 20261.0Enterprise as a whole is responsible for this failure, though this branch also failed. I reserved a full-size SUV from a different branch, to move my son. The evening before, the branch called me to tell me that the SUV reserved for me had suffered damage and was unavailable. They were unable to get me a different one and were unable to connect me to the national company to find me a other in the area. I went online and reserved a SUV at this location. When we arrived the day of the reservation, they said they didn't have one available, and hadn't had one in the last 4 days. We rented one at the last minute from a different company. 1. There are a dozen Enterprise locations within 50 miles. Why didn't Enterprise simply bring one to the location(s) I reserved them? 2. Why didn't the Lantana location inform the national reservation system that they had no SUVs available for rent? 3. Why aren't the Enterprise locations able to talk to each other? Neither location was able to check in their system for a SUV available in the area. Overall, a ridiculous failure.
