  The service here is always excellent. I had my rear brakes replaced and the service was great from start to finish. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. The manager got my car done in less than an hour while I waited which I greatly appreciated. The staff seems to value their customers and seems to care about their customer’s time.

  Outstanding experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. The staff was professional, honest, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. They got me in quickly, explained everything clearly, and had my vehicle taken care of faster than expected. The customer service was top-tier, and I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or upgrades. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but this team definitely earned my business moving forward. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and great communication.

  Made an appointment for 11 for a new tire due to my tire being flat. Other customers came in and was out before they even touched my car. It's now 12:11 and they just took my tire off my car after it sitting flat on my rim. I will never come back here again

  I had a great experience here from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. They took the time to explain my options and helped me choose the best tires for my budget and driving needs. The service was quick and efficient, and everything was done right on time. My car feels so much smoother and safer on the road now. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, which also gave me confidence in their work.
