  Great experience. I needed 4 new tires. Hayden was helpful and respectful working with me and all my questions. I wasn’t ready to commit and he was kind about that. I called back the next day and booked. They got me right in and took care of me. 4 new tires!!!

  Five out of five, I would highly highly recommend, David, Pete and Hayden all took excellent care of me! I couldn’t have asked anyone better to take care of me and my care, they understand I am very picky with my car and they took excellent care of me and my care! Truly so blessed to have a shop this amazing close to home!!

  Took my car here because I had gotten a flat tire, when I got there I was honestly just expecting to get a patch because my tire would fill back up with air it would just lose air slowly. When I got there n they looked at my tire they told me that I had 2 nails but they weren’t leaking air so i thought okay how is it losing air then, they basically told me that I broke something inside the tire and I would have to replace the whole tire, they also told me that the tire was from 2021 at the moment I didn’t have money for a whole new tire which I expressed to them, yet they kept insisting I replace the tire I ended up leaving with my tire that was still losing air. I ended up taking my car to a different Mavis on fletcher, they were very kind and very honest and told me nothing was wrong with my tire besides there being nails in the tire that needed to be patched I was also told the tire was from 2023. My tire hasn’t lost air since. They aren’t honest here and are just looking to take your money.

  Great place to have your car serviced! I came here to have a tire replaced on my car. I was assisted by the Assistant Manager, Miguel. Sadly, I forgot the ENTIRE RIM for the tire at home but they were very kind and held my ticket open so I could go back and get it. The estimate he provided when I walked in was the exact price I paid when I walked out (even with the extra time spent getting my car prepped for nothing the first time). The facilities are very clean and comfortable. There is a large restroom and even charging cables for your phone or other devices. Thank you so much Miguel and staff for your friendly and fast service!
