  My visit to Tire Choice was both pleasant and easy. Tires I had purchased there last year were rotated and balanced at no charge. Additionally safety checks were performed and my wiper fluid was topped up. The manager couldn't have been nicer or more considerate. I would like to wholeheartedly recommend getting your car serviced here.

  I had a really solid experience at The Tire Choice and will definitely be coming back. Tom and the team there were super friendly and easy to talk to, and they didn’t try to push anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how honest and straightforward they were—it didn’t feel like I was being sold to, just helped. It’s hard to find places like that these days.

  I received excellent, fast service. I came in with a flat tire, and the manager asked to keep it for a few hours to inspect it. I fully expected an upsell call for a new tire, but instead the manager called to let me know they found a small puncture, patched it, and had it ready within two hours, right in the middle of a busy day. Outstanding honesty and customer service.

  I showed up at Tire Choice at Collier in Land O Lakes late this afternoon with a broken valve stem. I found my tire flat earlier in the day, not near my home, and changed it with assustance. Not wanting to be without a good spare on my Wrangler, I went there on my way home after being turned away at 3pm at other establishments, "too busy". Gabe was great, checked me in quickly and stated that it may be a couple hour wait but they would fix it. I offered to come back when they were ready, however decided that I would leave the tire and call me when it waa finished. It was maybe an hour later that I got the call. Tom, the manager was walking to my Jeep with the tire before I could close my door. He put it on the jeep spare bracket and I was on my way. Tom, the manager, and his assistant mgr Gabe were polite, funny, kind and most importantly, took me seriously. I appreciate their efforts and efficiency! Thank you! You earned my business in the future!
