  Went for an oil change and not only did they not honor the original price they told me but they took over an hour and half. Then they also tried to tell me I needed new breakpads and rotors on my car with less than 10k miles. With break pads of about 10mm in width that don't need replacing until about 3mm. Tire kingdom use to be good back in the day but now they are nothing but scammers and crooks. Not to mention the staff is very rude.

  Arrived at 4:30 because steering wheel was shaking. Even though they closed at 5 Joshua was so kind and took the car back no problem. Fixed it and now it’s running good as new. Great employee and great store!

  I had a great experience working with Jaden R. He helped diagnose a check engine light on my newly purchased vehicle and went above and beyond by uncovering that the car had actually been in a prior accident that wasn’t disclosed. Jaden was professional, diligent, and very straightforward throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for someone honest and thorough, I definitely recommend Jaden R!

  Joshua the Assistant Manager was awesome. I am so grateful for him and his staff. I literally had a key stuck in my tire so bad you could hear the air coming out. They were able to patch it and order a new tire for me that will arrive in a few days! Something so stressful especially unexpected, became less stressful and manageable. He was very kind and I appreciate his willingness to listen and assist.

  They have no idea what they are doing!! Apparently very unorganized!! Went in and put a deposit on tires so they could order them and have them on the day they said they would put them on. Despite the deposit being made the tires were not there on the day they said they would. Instead of calling and telling us the tires didn’t come in. They let me waste our time and bring the truck up.
