  James and Flo are some of the best customer service Folks, I’ve ran into I’ve been in the Lakeland area for many many years Had plenty Of tires changed at plenty of placesof And after today, I will never go back Anywhere else Tires choice should be everybody’s first choice Affordable , Easy going lots of laughs Flow has great outgoing energy And I hope she is recognized for it every day ! Even when other tire shops didn’t have time for me late in the day, James said come on by And we’ll squeeze you in , James helped me in a pinch and without him I wouldn’t have finished my work day and I’d be delayed even worse tomorrow Thanks to the combination of these two I can continue working With Peace of mind I have new tires

  Brandon went above and beyond to help me take care of my time sensitive problem. I was able to get both front tires replaced in an hour of calling and they really helped me get home on time. give Brandon a raise.

  Had a pretty good quick service on 4 new tires replacement, service was good, and Keith the mngr was excellent and honestly with his assessment, the store had bad reviews at first, but apparently Keith corrected those passed issues, and with his mechanics did an awesome job I appreciate them caring about my concerns job well done and quickly as well

  Absolutely the worst tire place I’ve ever been to they charge me $150 plus $100 labor to put a tire on my 2015 C max I call Walmart the same tire same warranty for $69 labor put it almost 20 bucks. They also charge $21.68 for shop supplies apartment it’s $21.28 per shop supplies and then charge me to dispose of the tire as well you want to get ripped off go to the shop and I called the corporate office. They said give me a quote from another place and they’ll match it. Why don’t they just sell it at a honest ‘s price to begin with. I’m positive note the guy that waited on me. Think his name was. Jason was very helpful and very nice. He kept apologizing for the price.

  So I had my car serviced here. Just got off the phone with Joshua supposedly a manager there I guess right now that's on duty today is July 20th it's 4:40 p.m. I'm in Lakeland Florida. As you can see in these pictures, the tire is flat the valve stem is cracked . The most important thing an facts are that this place did not even replace my valve stems when I bought four brand new tires for my car. Got a front end alignment and a back end alignment. They didn't even clean the dirt that was inside the rim before they put on the new tire bc it's a tubeless tire. So with that being said I just got hung up on by said person that's working there right now whose name I already mentioned up above. The guy that was there the day I had everything done Keith he's just so happens not to be in there right now. I just want to say this... . ... people that need their tire or tires serviced on their car or truck. Whatever the case may be I'm not saying not to come to this place but I did and my car drove great 3 days later I go to my car and notice that it's completely flat the front tire on the driver side of the vehicle. This was on a Saturday night going into Sunday morning so to get to work I had to take an Uber. But you know what's got me baffled is all the other tires that they put on there. They didn't replace any of the valve stems on them do you think they clean the dirt out too ? that was inside the rim like on my driver side tire that wasn't. All I can say is that it's not professional in my book. I spent a lot of money for four brand new tires front end and back in alignment and they couldn't put a simple valve stem in all four tires..? My car has tire sensor pressure monitor which most people know when you're looking at a valve stem if it's not connected to the valve stem then you got a regular $1.50 valve stem. I know this because the mobile mechanic that I had to call on Sunday morning and come and fix my tire showed me right in front of me took the tire off of the rim and showed me where this place did not clean the dirt that was inside the rim before they put the new tires on. Let alone they did not replace the valve stems. There is no excuse in the world or reason not even a viable excuse. Like oh well you got to ask for new valve stems. No I absolutely don't because any professional tire repair shop or mobile mechanic etc would know to do this. Plus they would know to clean the dirt from inside the rim before they put the new tread on the new tire on the rim......!!!!! I put my hand on the Bible and everything I've said here is factual not one word have I said that is not the truth I've said everything and complete truth with complete honesty. Maybe he hung up on me cuz that's pretty embarrassing what can you say it all this. If I was owner or head management I would be saying bring your car in immediately at your convenience during operating hours and we are going to make everything right.
