  I got off the phone with them today because I was asking them about an estimate about getting my tire replaced because my tire is balding and realignment of my car. Because my car is acting up and I told him my situation what happened and I was trying to give him a quick summary of what happened so they would be informed and not miss anything. The man who I spoke too was impatient and rude to me. If I was rude, I apologize that that was not my intention. So I told him the make and model of my car and the tire brand. Then he informed me about the cost rudely cut me off and said bye and hung up on me. That's all he did. I get you guys are running a business and it's very hard and you're probably booked up to the nines and you guys are doing great work. However, if you're going to work with customers particularly females, please be a little more patient with us. Since my experience with the phone call was unpleasant if that is how you talk to customer on the phone I can only imagine how you would treat them in person. I unfortunately will not be giving them my business at least not at this location. Please work on your customers service when it comes to Phone calls.   Needed a tire patched and they got me right in, my tire was fixed and I was in my way in about 30 minutes. Super friendly too! This was my first time here but it won’t be my last, thanks for taking care of my tire 😊

  I have been coming here for 10+ years. In that time I have never had a single issue. They have placed tires on every once of my and my kids vehicles at least twice. Last visit was last week when I need tired for my 2023 Charger. James Magliore not only got me taken care of with a great set of Nexen tires for an awesome price, but he remembered my name when I came back and greeted me with a huge smile. His customer service skils need to be studied and taught! Dude, you rock!

  The TC team tracked down a coolant leak in our A4 and made sure the repair really fixed the problem. Incidentally, their work got a thumbs up from the Audi dealer technician during a general inspection made as part of some unrelated service a couple of weeks later. We followed the team when they moved farther south on Florida Ave from store #1354 to #1389 earlier this year and are glad we did.
