- PPParis2 days ago5.0Highly recommend. I brought my model 3 tesla in due to a constant flat tire that I was unable to find the hole and plug myself. Upon removing the tire they found a screw in the side wall. They were able to price me for a new tire at a reasonable price $197 for a good brand tire for my tesla model 3. Wait time was under 30 minutes. I would return. Tire plugs done by them are around $35 fyi.

Told it would take an hour. 2 1/2 hrs later they finish , my wheels are filthy so I inspect them. Upon inspection I find damage to my rim. I ask the employee what we are to do about this. He basically told me just pay my bill and leave or he’s gonna remove the discounts he already added. One employee acted like he wanted to fight after I told them how unprofessional they are. After noticing other reviews I’m sure all I’ll receive is a comment on this review saying “sorry for your poor experience “

All 5 lug bolts snapped off while i was driving on the highway due to the lugs being over torqued/under torqued. I took the vehicle to them on a tow truck and they told me They will not fix for free because too much time has passed. Terrible customer service. Could’ve been a complete tragedy and they couldn’t do the decent human thing which is fix the problem they created. Stay Away
