  My husband and I were deeply disappointed by the way we were treated at this location. We arrived for our scheduled oil change appointment and pulled into the service area because it was completely empty. An employee with red hair and an earring approached us and, in a very rude tone, told us that we should not be there. We immediately backed the car out and remained inside for a few moments, discussing how unprofessional his behavior had been. A short time later, the same employee came back and, in an arrogant tone, asked, “What’s going on?” as though we owed him an explanation for still being in our car. We chose not to respond. My husband and I decided to cancel the appointment. We both agreed that we no longer felt comfortable doing business there. As we were leaving, the same employee looked at us, smiled, and waved, which only reinforced how disrespectful the entire interaction felt. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. No one should feel as though they are inconveniencing a business simply by showing up for a scheduled appointment. The way this employee spoke to us made it clear that our business was neither appreciated nor valued, so we chose to take it elsewhere.

  I arrived an hour before close for a new tire. They serviced me in great timing and with great quality service. Chiana the Assistant Store Manager facilitated my service, eased my concerns about being serviced last minute as I was denied by 2 providers down the street. Great service and yes I would return.

  I went in with my transit 350 work fleet vehicle in need of an alignment and was told my vehicle is to wide. Very odd that I have the only "to wide" ford transit 350 single axle vehicle in the nation. To me its just lazy just to look at a vehicle from out of the shop window and say the vehicle is to wide. I guess all the vehicles in the nation are just to wide for this company to perform an alignment service. With all of the staff just sitting around looking for something to do you would think they would measure the standard width vehicle and confirm or deny that it would fit or not. To me that just lazy.
