  I was quoted a 3 hour repair due to having a Model 3 Tesla and the technology behind it. Hour and 45 minutes later it was complete. I was very happy with the outcome. Windshield looks better than Factory!

  This place is awful . I would like to speak with someone who actually Works here is impossible and super frustrating when your technician doesn’t finish his job at task and leaves my vehicle windshield not calibrated correctly with terrible weather conditions, but I appreciate you guys for all you’ve done and not helping me. I will bring it up bringing this up to corporate and Filing a complaint against this matter.

  Brandon was both timely and professional throughout the entire process. He completed the windshield installation quickly while maintaining a clean workspace and paying close attention to detail. I’m very satisfied with the quality of his work and would highly recommend his services.

  I would give a zero if I could. I had a very frustrating experience with Safelite. They completely no-showed my scheduled appointment with no communication at all, wasting my time and leaving me waiting. When I contacted customer service, they attempted to reach the technician, Jacob, but he never answered his phone and no real explanation was provided for the missed appointment. What’s even more disappointing is that management Samantha (Joseph or Dave) made no real effort to resolve the issue. Instead of correcting their mistake or prioritizing a next-day appointment, I was told I would have to wait until Monday or be inconvenienced even more by going up to the shop because their technicians were already booked. It’s extremely frustrating that their mistake became my inconvenience, yet they were unwilling to inconvenience themselves to make it right. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive customer service made this a very disappointing experience. If you want reliable service, I highly recommend Same Day Windshield. I called them immediately after being denied by Safelite, and the difference was night and day. They communicated clearly, showed up on time, and fixed my windshield with no issues at all. Their customer service was outstanding — everything Safelite was not.

  Rearview mirror fell off day after windshield replacement. Tech insinuated it was my fault and that I must have parked in the sun. We live in FL! No warning, etc given not to park in the sun. When I received the vehicle back, there were several areas of adhesive on the OUTSIDE of the windshield. Store representative tried to say it was bird droppings. I don’t think bird droppings resemble clear plastic. Overall, condescending, and poor customer service - after charging my insurance company over 1,000 bucks for a windshield replacement.
