  I had my windshield taken care of by Safelite and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and the tech walked me through what they were doing and how long it would take. The work itself looks clean and professional with no residue or mess left behind. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the respect for my vehicle – you can tell they take pride in their work. I’d definitely use this Safelite location again and recommend them to friends and family.

  My Technician Zach was Top notch , deserves a raise with the company’ he was fast getting to my location and showed kindness worked professionally well replacing my whole windshield.   So my appointment was a drop and go on June 10 dropped it off gave them a piece of molding that went on the Roof of my truck. Didn’t realize it when I picked it up. They never put that piece back on my truck so it’s lost in the wind and now I need to file a warranty claim with Safelite to get it replaced. Not related replacement needed and I had to go back to Safelite because I needed another window and when I had this new one installed, they showed me two bolts that were never reattached to my seat so they were able to pull my seat right out. They never banged down a dent that was impeding the proper placement of the window and never vacuumed out underneath My seat when they took it out With all the broken glass.

  I went in for a 3:30 appointment Friday and waited til about 5:30 for them to come tell me they broke my window motor. I was promised a follow up phone call from management and have yet to receive one. Every time I call the business the AI phone service hangs up. I’m frustrated and think I’m going to have to report this issue to local law enforcement and obtain counsel because I am not responsible for the damage that they caused.

  Really disappointed with the way my service was handled. I scheduled a windshield replacement for last Saturday between 12:30-5:30pm. I got a call around 4 from the technician saying he had another customer ahead of me but was “still willing to come out” but would be later than 5pm. 20/30 minutes later, he’s in my driveway and said he can’t do my repair because the seal around the glass wasn’t with the order. I made the appointment online and there were no options to add this nor was I able to talk to a person to know I would need it. I figured with the make and model of my vehicle, this is something the company would know ahead of the appointment . Regardless I was understanding but got the vibe the technician just wanted to get off work. He kept mentioning how he couldn’t wait to get home and get out of the heat. It was a hot day so again I understood that feeling and was polite. I’m going out of town on a 12 hour drive and I was really worried about my windshield with significant damage due to rock debris on the interstate. He rescheduled me for Monday and I chose the 7:30am-12:30pm time slot because I had other appointments to get to later in the afternoon. Today is Monday and it is now 4:42pm and have had zero communication from the technician or office where my appointment was booked through. I was able to get someone on the phone using the number that called me to confirm the original appointment for Saturday and was able to talk to a really helpful and kind young lady. After over 30 minutes on the phone and the lady calling the store 5/6 times, no answer. I called her at 12:20pm because I hadn’t heard anything and had been up since 7am waiting. The lack of care, communication, and accountability from this location has really upset me. I now have to go through a whole new process with my insurance to find a company that can fit me in before I leave this weekend. I have used safelite in other states and have never been no showed or treated like I’m not worth the effort. Windshield replacements may be free sometimes but I would’ve been willing to pay ANY dollar amount to ensure the service was done and I could safely continue to drive my vehicle.
