  I'm leaving this review because the staff here showed a level of kindness and empathy I’d love to see more of. Around the time of my graduation, I noticed a screw in my tire while loading my guitar into the back of my car. The tire wasn't holding a stable pressure, so I brought it in. A staff member named Jim inspected it and let me know that because the screw was near the sidewall, the tire unfortunately needed to be replaced. He ordered the correct tire, but due to a delivery delay, it wasn't going to arrive in time for me to have my car for graduation. I care a lot about my car and had been looking forward to using it to drive my family around and take photos on graduation day. Jim and another employee, Jonathan, came up with a solution on their own. They found a temporary tire in the shop that fit my car, mounted it for free, and sent me on my way so I wouldn't be without the Green Bean for mu graduation. Once the correct tire finally arrived a bit later, I brought the car back and they swapped it out, again without charging me anything extra for the temporary fix or the labor involved. Jim and Jonathan didn't have to do any of that. They could have just told me the delivery was delayed and left it at that. Instead, they took it upon themselves to make sure I could go, and didn't try to charge me for the extra trouble. Not sure what the Mavis core values are, but I’m sure you nailed a few with this.   Love this place. They remember you when you come in. They were super sweet to my mom as well who is older and that is key in a service industry where you have choices. I've come there for years now. Always get treated right. They have a huge "sticker ball" that they have made from the the stickers they take off the tires for many years....its a cool bit of entertainment to look at while you wait on your car. It was almost too big to roll into the front area to show it to us. Some off site manager wanted guys to get rid of it. But it's actually a pretty cool item and a talking point that makes you remember this place over others . These days, it's nice to have somebody with some personality versus kids that just stand and tap on their phones. Management should recognize, they've got some really cool help there and stop picking on them for being unique and creative. As a female, I'd come back there just because they're very honest to deal with. And they are friendly. I'm not a kid or an old person so I know what great customer service looks like and they have it.

  They were very, very nice to me. I had a flat tire on the highway. Trying to make it home, and I stopped in and they were able to take care of me, Jim, especially, and everybody in there, helped me out.

  I just left out of there. Weighted, inside 5 minutes, two people behind the desk, one was cleaning their nails. I don't know what the other one was doing. But there was a Napa delivery driver. There too just chatting away didn't say anything to me. While I waited even the employees in the shop were sitting down, it must have been break time for the whole store.

  I had a really great experience at Mavis. The guy helping me was very friendly, took the time to explain everything to me, and made sure I understood my options without making me feel pressured. The prices were good, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I really appreciated the honesty and customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
