  Well since the sign at the counter asks for a review I guess I will give you one. Joe was the person doing the opposite of helping today. I will not be doing business at Mavis ever, under any circumstance. I’m not sure why a person working the counter would be so combative. Smh

  This shop truly goes above and beyond. Jacob and Glen are professional, honest, determined, and will ensure customer satisfaction every time! They took care of my 1987 C4 Corvette like it was their own. I had them do two front tires, two front calipers and hydraulic brake hoses, rotors and pads all around, and I needed a new ABS pump which is very difficult to find. The previous owner of the car had never changed the brake fluid which was now like tar. When I brought it to them, I had no rear brakes, nor did my left front work. It's now braking like a new car! It wasn't an easy job, but they made it seem that way. I would recommend this garage to anyone without hesitation! 10 stars if I could! Thanks again, gentlemen!

  Was pulling my car out of the garage this morning when I noticed the right rear tire was down to 24 pounds! I put some air in it, then headed to Mavis to have them take a look at it for me. They were able to repair the tire, and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this place!

  Glenn the Service Manager is AWESOME! Took no time at all to get my vehicle in and inspected for what I had requested. Was very informative of what was also needed to be done on the vehicle but didn’t make me feel pressured into buying additional add ons. I did purchase the additional services he advised though because of the shops outstanding service! This is my second time visiting them (last time I got the brakes changed) and both times, just extremely pleased with the timing, advice, and all around hospitality! Safe to say I’ll return to this Mavis for any of my vehicles’ future needs 😁

  I was having a problem with a battery warranty that was purchased when I purchased my 2021 RAV4 the Toyota dealer would not honor it. They said because it was purchased at another Toyota dealer. I spoke to the warranty company. They said I could go anywhere that would accept a payment for The battery I came to Mavis tire and it hasn’t been as easy as the warranty company said it would be, but Jacob at Mavis has jumped through the hoops for them has really helped me to get this completed called them back back-and-forth did everything that was required and I couldn’t have asked for better service five stars across the board and I will be coming back to purchase my tires next week. Thank you, Mavis and Jacob for the outstanding service
