  My family and I were on the way to Disney and we must have ran over a nail on I4 they got us in quickly and had our car back to us in under 30 minutes. Phenomenal service and highly recommend.

  Went in on short notice and the gebtleman named Ken fit me in to get a cargo van tire patched up and back on the road. Customer service was incredible and i was super grateful to be back on the road in a timely manner 10/10 recomend.

  I took my wife's electric vehicle for a tire rotation. They quoted me $30. When they were finished they said it's all done and the tire pressure has been set. When I asked them about paying they said no charge just enjoy your weekend. I've never had a better experience at a car repair shop

  I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at Mavis Tires & Brakes. What should have been a routine tune-up turned into a costly and frustrating ordeal due to what appears to be negligence and a lack of accountability. After picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the transmission was slipping—an issue that was not present prior to service. I returned to the shop the same day, expecting a thorough inspection and resolution. Instead, I was given what can only be described as a cursory and inadequate “diagnosis,” during which no meaningful inspection under the hood was performed. I was told the issue was simply “low transmission fluid” and that they do not service transmissions, effectively dismissing the problem. Unsatisfied and concerned for my safety, I sought a second opinion from another licensed mechanic. For an additional out-of-pocket cost, I was informed that a transmission sensor had been left unplugged—an issue directly attributable to improper reassembly or failure to exercise reasonable care during the initial service. Once the sensor was properly reconnected, the problem was resolved. This situation raises serious concerns regarding the standard of care, quality control procedures, and professional diligence exercised at this location. At a minimum, I expected competent service consistent with industry standards and a willingness to investigate and remedy issues arising immediately after their work. Instead, I was met with dismissal and a refusal to take responsibility. As a consumer, I should not be forced to incur additional expenses to correct a problem that originated from a service provider’s oversight. This experience reflects poorly on their business practices and erodes trust in their ability to perform even basic automotive services. I would strongly caution others to seek service elsewhere unless and until this location demonstrates a commitment to accountability, thorough diagnostics, and professional integrity.
