  Had a tire going down right in front of this new location, stopped in to get it fixed and found my new tire store, Fast , Friendly, professional service, Great staff. Ended up buying 4 new tires, front struts and an alignment at a very good price.

  Jim, the service manager was a great help and they went out of their way to replace my aftermarket lug nuts for my wheels. I will definitely be coming here again in the future.

  I stopped by Mavis Tires and Brakes on County line and Pipkin this morning to get my brakes checked. I must say that the staff was very prompt and courteous. The store associate Jim was the one who assisted me and he patiently explained and answered every question that I had. I totally appreciate his honesty in letting me know that my brakes were fine. He test drove my car to make sure that nothing else was going on. Jim you Rock! Thank you ☺️

  I will start by saying I'm a fan of Mavis and long-time customer. The first mistake and possibly the most costly was the oil drain plug that was not tightened. I was actually able to unscrew it with my hand .They tried to sell me a cabin filter which I replaced 3 weeks prior. They tried to sell me a battery (Originally purchase from them) that was still under warranty. The battery was defective so they had to replace it for free. I understand that they're new but these are three pretty glaring mistakes and deceptive practices.

  I had a nail in one of my tires and needed help quickly. I originally planned to go to the Hyundai service center, but it was already closed, so I came here instead. I was impressed by how clean the shop was, including the work area and all of the equipment. While checking my car, the technician found another small issue underneath the vehicle and fixed it for me at no extra charge. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. The service was honest, efficient, and stress-free. If I ever have another issue with my car, I’ll definitely feel comfortable coming back here. Highly recommended!
