  Joe and Seth were absolutely phenomenal. A nail went straight through my tire, flattened it, and these guys stuck around late to get it fixed up for us. They jumped in to help in an emergency situation. Great customer service!

  Alex at the front desk was amazing. His customer service was great and very friendly. He looked over my issue and gave me proper advice on what I should do. This was my first time at Mavis Tire and it definitely won’t be my last. I would recommend stopping by for your vehicle issues.

  They tried to over charge me. They then found out my son works for Mavis in Selinsgrove, PA. His name is Justin and he does great work. He got his manager on and even put everything through the system and said yes they are over charging you. Jordan, Manager in Selinsgrove then talked to Joe at the one here in Lakeland, FL and told him and they had conversation back and forth. Then when they got off the phone, Joe was not nice to me and said well I am going to stop all work on the vehicle just because of that and walked off. Justin said they can't do that because it is unsafe to drive. I needed a wheel lug stud and nut and new tire. Joe finally came back in and said we can do it and have me a lower price then before, a savings of $38.00. Better then nothing but didn't have to be rude. when it was finally finished, 45 minutes later, he took the money and gave the receipt and never said thank you or bye or anything. I can't believe he treats customers that way. Specially when they are family members of mavis employees but either way you should be nice to customers and you can't tell them you are not going to do the work on their vehicle. I will make sure everyone knows about this store.

  I had a fantastic experience at Mavis today! The team was extremely attentive, friendly, and professional. I needed a hubcap change, and they handled it quickly and efficiently, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value their customers’ time. I really appreciate their quick turnaround and excellent service. Highly recommend Mavis for anyone needing car maintenance or repairs!

  I was at Fresh Kitchen with my two young children and parked in the back lot, which is shared and undivided between the two businesses. There was a sign on one spot, which I avoided. The spot I parked in had no sign at the head of it. After about 30-40 minutes I came back out to find my car on top of a tow truck about to pull away! Here's what really bothered me. Mavis is maybe 20 feet from Fresh Kitchen. They know that the vast majority of cars parking back there belong to Fresh Kitchen customers eating lunch. There was plenty of open space on their side. Calling a tow truck on a mom with two small children inside the restaurant next door - instead of walking over and asking whoever's car it is to move - is a very bad choice. I made it out to the lot just in time. If I'd been two minutes later, I would have walked out to find no car, two small kids, no car seats for an Uber, and no way to get home in the Florida heat. A Lakeland police officer even came over and was so bothered by the situation that she paid the tow release fee out of her own pocket so we could get our car back. Both the officer and the tow truck driver agreed the signage could be much clearer. I'd ask Mavis to get clearer per-spot signage and, more importantly, a basic courtesy policy: if a car is parked in a clearly non-disruptive spot and the owner is 20 feet away, walk over and ask before calling a tow. That's how good neighbors run a business instead of nearly stranding a family with toddlers.
