  Employees were very helpful when I came in with a nail in my tire and took time to explain why I needed to replace all 4 tires. He was also very calm.and nice to deal with offering the Mavis tire special if open credit card. I will be returning to this location for future maintenance , great experience!

  Came in to get a tire replaced after picking up a screw to close to the sidewall to plug. After my vehicle was almost done they came and tried to tell me my brakes were at 60% on the rear and 70% on the front. Clearly they dont check their system. As they are the company who replaced my brakes and rotors less than 3,000 miles ago haven't even got my oil changed yet. The manager comes out and looks and says oh man they are brand new I dont know what he was thinking. Basically trying to scam me into buying breaks less than 3k miles old. Then they tell me my battery is low 559 CCA with a paper print out supposedly from my vehicle my car calls for around 700. After the brakes situation I dont believe them so I take it to my Local Advance Auto and have them test it. Battery is almost 690 CCA. These guys are trying to run up tickets and are too dumb to even check if they touched the item they are saying is bad. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I call back to let them know my battery is fine and they tell me their machine is right and this other one must be defective hahaha Nah you got caught trying to rip me off twice after I spent over $2,000 with this company in the last couple months. Won't be making that mistake again

  We took our 2027 Kia Telluride hybrid to Mavis for a tire repair. Upon inspection, the manager and the repair technician determined the tire could not be repaired by them as it was special due to the fact our vehicle was a hybrid and had special foamed line tires, requiring us to take the vehicle to the Kia Dealership. Even though they could not repair the tire, they mounted the spare on our vehicle so we could drive to the Kia dealership and placed our flat tire in the rear of the car. All of this work and they did not charge us for anything. What great service. This is our second experience with Mavis Tires and you can rest assured we will return in the future. Thanks to the guys that worked with us on Friday, 8-15-2026.

  Was quoted 800 something dollars when I came in for TPMS sensors replacement after being told my tires had to be replaced because they were bad and they couldn’t replace the sensors on bad tires. My tires aren’t bad. A little over a year old and one replaced a few months ago due to having a flat. Went to Walmart, they charged $29 per sensor. 120 something dollars total. Odd interaction because 3 gentlemen came out to provide a quote, after I sat for close to an hour after arrive 20 mins early and each had something to add like they hadn’t discussed it prior to coming out. That is an unreasonable difference in cost even just for the sensors.
