- SSSeth SextonMay 11, 20261.0Took my work van in there with my element card and waited for over 2 hours because they didn't submit it correctly to have my oil change. Tried to tell the guy he didn't do it right and wanted to argue with me that I was wrong yet nowhere else I've ever been has taken more than 20 minutes to get it approved. Still never got an oil change, ended up leaving and went to the north side jiffy lube and they had it done within 30 minutes.

Nenea, I’m pretty sure that I spelled her name wrong and I’m so sorry but you and your team took such great care of me and my children on Friday afternoon. I know it was almost time to go but you guys didn’t rush through my service. Your team, helped me figure out where my brake fluid was leaking and helped me get a great deal on some tires. I just wanted to say keep going the extra mile. It definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Everyone on your team gave something special even the young man and lady that helped pin the shield up underneath the car. You guys took the worry so that I didn’t have too… Me and my family appreciates everyone. #JiffySquad

The young girl with the long hair was very dismissive, asked if I wanted a new filter, I said no, she threw it to the other guy and said, “put this back”. She then proceeded to check me out, took my debit card and my $26.00 off coupon and went into the office, I was asked to move my car outside towards the curb, after 10 more minutes of waiting, I went inside, she was hyperventilating with this other gentleman who did not look people friendly, saying the computer froze, we couldn’t put the coupon in, we have to cancel the transaction, let it go back on, we are sorry…… bah bah bah. She took a picture of my one hundred and change receipt so that her boss can send me the $26 back. Still no $. Whatever.
