  I am very satisfied with the car that i bought brand new 6 months now .I recommended people for Nissan also just to let Nissan know 1 customer bring many customers and many customer bring many more customers.Nissan sell service and behavior high class .but when i went for maintenance service yesterday they are not good at all .. I suppose to get some discount on maintenance but they charge me extra and they couldn’t fixed the issue and still took money from me without doing the work .Dissapointed with the service and word don’t match with work they waste 2 hours and at last telling me they are unable to fix my tire i need a new tire which is double price then outside market price .

  I had the best experience with Jenkins service department. Specifically Tammie my service advisor and Irving Our master mechanic who took the time to locate the issue we were having with our car. He made the necessary repairs and had us up and running in no time. See the attached photo’s Irving basically had to take the entire car apart to get to the components he needed to repair and replace. What an amazing job and the car is running better than it ever had. Thanks Tammy and Irving for great work. We will be back for an oil change soon.

  WARNING 🚨🚨🚨 DO NOT PURCHASE USED VEHICLES FROM JENKINS NISSAN IN LAKELAND! My daughter purchased a 2021 Nissan Altima from this dealership and within 24 hours the vehicle started making clicking noises while turning. We immediately returned to report the issue and after inspection we were told the CV AXLES needed to be replaced — at a cost to us! The dealership only offered to pay 25% toward the repair for an issue that should’ve been fixed BEFORE selling the vehicle. This problem was NEVER disclosed during the purchase process. Now it’s raising major red flags if this vehicle truly went through a proper inspection before being placed on the lot. My daughter also noticed the tire sensor light was on and the back driver-side tire appeared plugged. Somehow the sensor was turned off before driving off the lot. 🚩 My daughter is a college student and needs safe, dependable transportation for school and work. Instead she’s dealing with stress, safety concerns, and missed work behind this situation. The customer service from management was disappointing and full of runarounds instead of accountability. Due to safety concerns, we returned the vehicle. PLEASE do your research and inspect EVERYTHING before purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. DO NOT PURCHASE THE RED 2021 NISSAN ALTIMA FROM JENKINS NISSAN IN LAKELAND!!!

  Made an appointment at noon to have warrantied battery checked because another shop told me it was low. Arrived, checked in and waited for 2 hours and they never took my car back to check the battery. Simple battery check and after 2 hours was never taken care of. Went to collect my keys because I could not wait any longer and was handed keys with no explanation and no care in the world they made me wait that long for a simple battery check. Never going back to this dealership again.

  I have been taking my Nissan Murano at a Jenkins Nissan since 2019, every visit is great, they recommend me what needs to be done for every mileage life of my car, no pressure. They are as well realistic in terms of urgency, sometimes I am not financially prepared to commit to that maintenance, but they always tell me if I can wait, or what happens if I wait. All the advisors treat me with respect, I never felt like they were trying to make money on top of me because I am a woman, they are realistic according to Nissan policy what needs to be done or not.
