Great staff, great service! I brought my car for service B and they took care of the car and me perfectly. Very nice lounge area and very convenient drop off and pick up options if you don’t want to wait . I will definitely go back when l need to get my car serviced again

I recently purchased a vehicle from Fields Mercedes Benz in Lakeland, Florida. The process was done over the phone and via email as I was traveling a considerable distance to get the car. Jarrod was an excellent salesman, he was very patient and helpful in navigating this transaction from a distance. He described the car very well and provided photos, and shared the minor issues with the condition. When I arrived I was treated extremely well by Jarrod and every member of the Fields Mercedes staff. I cannot thank them enough!

I want to thank Laura and Jake at Fields Motorcars for their patience and professionalism throughout a frustrating issue with my 2022 Mercedes-Benz C300.
The repair process took time, and there were moments when I was concerned because the issue was difficult to diagnose and explain. Laura stayed in communication with me, helped coordinate everything, and made sure my concerns were heard.
Jake took the time to ride with me, listen to what I was experiencing, and explain things in a way I could understand. I never felt rushed or dismissed. That meant a lot because vibration and drivability concerns can be difficult to describe unless someone takes the time to experience them firsthand.
What stood out most was that both Laura and Jake remained patient, professional, and respectful throughout the process. They took my concerns seriously and worked with me until we reached a resolution.
So far the vehicle is driving much better, and I appreciate the effort, communication, and customer service they provided.

My experience with this service department was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. Talk about a roller coaster of anxiety. I brought my vehicle in for diagnosis and repair, expecting professional communication and transparency throughout the process. Unfortunately, neither occurred.
From the beginning, communication was extremely poor. Days would go by without updates, and when I reached out for information, I was often left waiting for responses or provided with vague details. Multiple times I was told that the technician would call me directly to explain the diagnosis, the repairs performed, and what exactly I was paying for. That call never happened.
After being charged, I still was not provided a clear explanation of the work that had been completed. To this day, I cannot confidently say what repairs were actually performed. I was presented with an estimate of over 20k in additional recommended repairs and at that point, I decided I no longer wished to proceed and simply wanted my vehicle returned. Instead of receiving my car promptly, there were repeated delays and excuses. Every time I asked for my vehicle back, there seemed to be another reason why it could not be released.
The most concerning part is that I was previously told my vehicle was "running great," then a few days later, there is now an overheating issue that could not be fully explained. I asked where is it overheating and she couldnt tell me. My car never overheated prior to this visit. After finally getting my car back, it was in worse condition than when I brought it in. The next day, my car failed completely.
As a customer, it is incredibly difficult to understand how a vehicle can enter a service department running, leave after a $1,300 bill, and then end up disabled while I still cannot get a clear explanation of what work was performed.
I understand that vehicles can have complex mechanical issues. What I cannot understand is the lack of communication, the inability to get straightforward answers, the delays in returning my vehicle, and the fact that I paid a substantial amount of money only to receive my car back in worse condition than when it arrived.
I expected professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Unfortunately, my experience reflected none of those qualities.
I would strongly encourage anyone considering this service department to ask detailed questions, insist on written documentation of all repairs performed, and ensure they receive clear communication before authorizing any work.
