He took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle, identified the vehicle that met my requirements and didn’t try to nickel and dime me throughout the purchase process.   First time taking my vehicle here for warranty work and it was a 5 star experience all around. Laura provided excellent customer service and kept me updated on the vehicle status throughout the process. All the other staff members I had interactions with were friendly and helpful. I won't hesitate returning for service work in the future. Thank you!

  I went in for an oil change on my 2014 GL63. Let me start off by saying I'm from Pennsylvania and paid $190 for an oil change less then a year ago at Mercedes-Benz of Lancaster. Got the same oil change here in Lakeland at Mercedes-Benz I was there for approx 30mins to 40mins told them about my antifreeze light just coming on that it needs top off which comes with an oil change and my light still is on so it wasn't done. My bill for just an oil change and 30 mins was $400. Nothing else was done! The young man from service Malik was very polite but thats all the good I have to say I will not be going back for an oil change anymore or anything else to be charged double.

  This is my second Mercedes-Benz from Tim, and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! Fields Motorcars truly provides top tier service, and Tim is hands down the best. He makes the entire process easy, efficient, and actually enjoyable. We were in and out quickly, and the whole experience was so pleasant from start to finish. I hear so many people say how awful and stressful car buying can be, and my response is always the same: Not with Tim, and not with Fields Motorcars! If I could give Tim 10 stars, I absolutely would. He goes above and beyond, gets it done, and makes you feel taken care of every step of the way. I’m already looking forward to buying my next vehicle from him.
