My recent purchase at Fields BMW was completely void of issues, miscues, and pressure. Everyone, from the sales associate Mitchell to the finance manager Anthony were very professional. There wasn’t any high-pressure sales or finance pitch. Fields is a top-tier customer-first organization. A number of years ago, I was first impressed with Fields' during the purchase of a Mercedes, and now I'm equally impressed by the professionalism shown at the BMW dealership. I’m convinced their policies keep the customer first.

They were not able to finish the maintenance on my 2025 at the shop the day I was there because they didn't have the part so they sent a mobile tech with the part and finished the work at my home. I live about an hour from the shop and this was a great help. Every time I go to Feilds BMW I am pleased with the service and people. I would recommend anyone needing Maintenance on their BMW to use Feilds
I am from out of town(Texas). I came into Fields BMW for an oil change. I made the reservation online, which was very easy. I pulled into the carport and was attended to quickly. I was shown into the waiting room where Albert was my advisor. He was very friendly explained what would be completed during my visit. He explained the visit would take approximately two hours. During that time several of the employees spoke to me, asking if I needed anything. Everyone seemed very friendly and helpful. I spoke with one of the salesman Rick, who is very personable. He, Albert and I had a great conversation, which helped pass the time.
Two hours later I was on my way.

Can’t believe I was able to walk in and out with a car in under 2 hours! Bryan, Anthony, & Mike, you guys are awesome. I went in to browse and just asked for a couple quotes knowing I was terribly upside down on a car from a previous dealer. They gave me a few quotes with no pressure. On the way home I decided I would take the car, texted him yes, filled out online paperwork quick and by the time I got back I just needed to sign with financing manager who did not pressure me at all for anything I did not need. 10/10

A most compassionate and understanding young man. My car was serviced prior to taking a long road trip. At that time my brakes were inspected and recommended to be changed at my next service, unfortunately on my trip the car started alerting me that the brakes needed immediate repair. What it cost me in NYC to have the brakes done was upsetting. He patiently explained how it should have been and what was actually done. He apologized for something he had nothing to do with and assured me we will always have a video inspection to keep me informed about urgent needs and future recommendations.
