  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to sincerely thank Brian Williams, General Manager at Fields BMW Lakeland, for the kindness, professionalism, and compassion he showed me today. Brian went above and beyond when he absolutely did not have to, and I’m extremely grateful he took the time to meet with me personally. I also want to publicly acknowledge that any negative interactions Brian and I may have had in the past were largely my fault, and I take responsibility for that. Despite that history, Brian treated me today with nothing but dignity, patience, respect, and genuine compassion. That speaks volumes about the kind of man he is. Brian is truly an exemplary, stand-up guy, and his willingness to put the past aside and still go above and beyond for me says more about his character than any review ever could. Thank you, Brian, for your time, understanding, and kindness today. It genuinely meant more to me than you probably realize.   I had a great car buying experience with George on my first BMW! Everyone that I dealt with was very nice and welcoming plus the entire process was seamless. Definitely recommend George and the team to anyone looking for their first or next BMW.

  Fields BMW in Lakeland is the place to go to purchase a BMW or have service done. Nathan is a great representative and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! And Steve is a wonderful salesperson. We always have a great experience when we go here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

  After months of searching for the car I wanted, I decided to consider used vehicles and happened to find the exact one I was looking for here! It had very low mileage, was spotless, and was practically brand new. Thanks to Mitchell, the entire process was quick and smooth. He was attentive, honest, communicative, and patient throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I’m very happy with my purchase and overall experience!

  It’s unbelievable. I took my BMW X7 in for a coolant leak; it turned out the only issue was a damaged screw on the coolant expansion tank. Yet, they told me I needed to replace the hoses and the coolant tank—with an estimate ranging from $1,200 to $1,600—when the screw could have been replaced for just $3. I have never seen such a disgusting scam. I am a veteran who fought for my country, and this is how good citizens get treated. You can see all the proof in the photos; it is revolting that they try to scam people like this.
