  I had an excellent experience with Zach in the service center. He was incredibly knowledgeable, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and made sure my BMW X5 was taken care of the right way. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with great customer service, but Zach does exactly that. I’ll definitely be coming back to him for future service needs.

  This was hands down the best car-buying experience I have ever had! Bryan in Sales and Anthony in Finance were both absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the entire process was simple, easy, and completely stress-free. Bryan was wonderful to work with—helpful, professional, and never pushy. He made everything feel effortless and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Anthony in Finance was equally fantastic. He made what is normally the most stressful part of buying a car incredibly smooth, straightforward, and easy. I truly cannot say enough good things about this experience. No pressure, no unnecessary stress, no games—just excellent service from two people who genuinely made the entire process enjoyable. Bryan and Anthony completely changed the way I feel about buying a car. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless, professional, and genuinely pleasant car-buying experience! Thank you both for making this the easiest and best car purchase I’ve ever had!

  Unacceptable service and clear misdiagnosis. I brought my vehicle here for a diagnostic, and they charged me an expensive bill to replace parts that did not fix the problem. The car still has the exact same symptoms. Now, they are trying to charge me even more for trial-and-error diagnostics, claiming 'aftermarket parts' and mileage are the issue. Even worse, the service department is completely ignoring my messages and refusing to provide a solution from management. This is not the standard of a brand like BMW. Avoid their service department if you don't want to pay for repairs that don't fix your car. "UPDATE: Service Manager Brian Woerdehoff replied to this review providing his direct number to 'fix the situation.' However, I sent him a direct text message as requested, and he has completely ignored me. It seems his public reply was just a marketing stunt for damage control, while privately they continue to ignore the customer. Unacceptable."

  I had my actuator repaired at Fields BMW about a month ago. A few weeks after the repair, I noticed my car was still having some issues. I brought it back, and Fields BMW stood behind their work by repairing it at no additional cost. Throughout the entire process, my service advisor, Michael, was outstanding. He kept me informed, was always responsive, and made sure everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Every time I bring my car in for service, Michael consistently goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. It’s rare to find someone who is as knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely committed to taking care of their customers. Thank you, Michael, and the Fields BMW team, for making the experience a positive one. Highly recommend!

  I usually hate the car-buying experience and have a pretty skeptical view of most dealerships, but working with Joe at Fields BMW Lakeland changed that (atleast for working with him). I would recommend him. At this point, I’m so used to fighting standard dealership games... ie having to negotiate hidden, unlisted fees back down just to get to the actual price. Fields doesn't do any of that. The price & fees listed online was the price Joe gave us after 20 seconds after sitting down post test drive. Our financing hit a bit of a hiccup, but he kept us updated with texts throughout. As painless as buying a car can be.
