  Don’t rent from this place or company🤷🏻‍♀️ Rented a car and went out of my way to drop it off 3 DAYS EARLIER plus filled up the gas tank RIGHT BEFORE it was dropped off just so they can charge me for an extra day claiming it was dropped off a day after the original return date then they had the nerve to say the gas tank was empty. Been calling both Enterprises from where we drove from to try to see if they can look up the surveillance of the car being dropped off way earlier than when they said it was dropped off but I’m constantly being put on hold just so they can tell me close to nothing can be done. I don’t know if these people are driving the cars or something but this definitely needs to be looked into and I’m disgusted by this company.

  DO NOT think if you have a reservation it means you will get the vehicle. My husband had to set up a vehicle rental for a two week trip all the way up to Maryland for work. He had a reservation number and we were told to pick up the car Friday after 10 AM. When I called to make sure everything was good with the reservation before we drove down there I was told by the associate, Deebo, that there were no vehicles to rent out. I explained to him that we had a reservation and I didn’t know how this was possible. His response was we have 50 reservations and only 10 cars! Not a trusted or reputable company to deal with.

  Company runs its business like a zoo. We reserved a vehicle that wasn’t ready upon arrival. We had got the car at a certain rate from a third party that works with the company. Everything was okay until we wanted to extend the length of time we had the vehicle. The extension was simple I called & told them how much longer I wanted the car they said no problem and extended it. The problem happen when I came to return the car they tried charging me $400 more for the car. They tried explaining to me that the rate changed for the car once I extended it but the day I extended it they never once mentioned the rate of the car had changed let alone doubled in price. As I’m explaining the situation to the employee he proceeds to tell me there is nothing he can do that if I would need to go to a different location to further discuss the situation. I go to the different location where I meet the most incompetent manager of my life not only did he not care but he keeps telling I am 100% on my side but there is nothing he could do. He could not speak with any of the employees who helped me telling me both of them were fired & no longer work for the company. I wanted to speak to the person above him because clearly he could not care less but then tries to tell me that he doesn’t know his superior name or number but he is away and busy. Long story short I could have simply gave the car back and got a better rate for a different car I just needed a set of wheels until my car came out the shop. This company engages is predatory business practices and the amount of people complaining at the second store should have told me everything I needed to know. I will never do business with this company again neither should anyone else.

  Customer service not great at all, not even willing try. Give you the attitude your like in the wrong. I was supposed to get a truck and received a compact car. They told me they had no other vehicles. Went by next day, had cars and a truck on the lot. Still waiting for the call to switch. Had to stay with the same car due to work. Went to other enterprises, wouldn't switch. Told them the car stinks, is dirty and has fleas Left complaints with the 1800 # for the manager and district manager to call me. Still waiting for them as well. 1 week and a 1/2.
