  My work chose enterprise, I like it because you're close to home, fast, and so far the best customer service I've dealt with rental car wise.

  Go online to rent a jeep. Nothing was said about using a credit card. So I was forced to get a b.s. suv. The staff tho.... the staff was amazing and understanding. No issues with the staff at all

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise while my vehicle was being repaired after being hit by another driver. From the very beginning, the team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the rental process during a stressful time. What stood out most was their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle that met my family’s needs. My daughter is involved in sports and has a lot of equipment to transport, and the staff worked hard to ensure I had a rental with enough space. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service made a huge difference. When my vehicle repairs were completed, returning the rental was just as easy. The process was quick, smooth, and completely hassle-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding service I received and would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone in need of a rental vehicle. Thank you for making a difficult situation so much easier!

  619 Memorial - Amazing. They came through right when it counted. All other local branches were closed on Sunday. But 619 was open! A quick call to the Customer Service hotline - they took my information and saved me time at the counter. Quick, polite and professional service got me in a car fast as can be expected. I showed up early morning and there was 1 guy working. I watched him finish up with a customer, take care of me, move on to the next customer and he made it seem effortless. Keep in mind he also went across the street himself and drove the cars to us!
