  This site went beyond the call of duty. We were in town for funeral and had car trouble. We had to put our car in the shop and made it to enterprise after closure. Jordan reopened and located a vehicle for us. Thank you for making a surreal day a little brighter. Mrs. Sheppard

  If you have a chance to use a different rental car company, Do it because this company has The worst customer service you will get in your life. I book reservation with them and then they call me Only one hour before the pick up time telling me there is no cars available and no matter who you talk to manager or agent. No one will help very bad service.

  I used their self-drive option, and the experience was quite comfortable. The car was easy to handle, and they provided clear instructions before starting the trip. Fuel policy and return conditions were explained properly, so there were no surprises later. It felt honest and user-friendly.

  Jordan was the representative helping us on two different rentals and has helped us with other rentals in the past and he is just a terrific guy. Very helpful. Very friendly even though Enterprise is a large company. When you're dealing with Jordan, you feel like you're at a small hometown place where people know you and they're going to take care of you. This Enterprise location does a great job and we've been very happy with the rentals from here. Always nice quality, clean cars and a very helpful and friendly staff!

  My family and I rent vechicles here often and have always received great service. I reserved a car two weeks ago, only to get a text message the day I was supposed to pick up the rental stating that they had no more vehicles and they didn't bother to follow up. I had to search around the day of my reservations where in the city that I live in had no vehicles. I ended up having to rent from another Enterprise location 1950 Memorial Blvd that diligently worked with me to find me a vehicle. I'm very disappointed in the 619 East Memorial simply sending a text and no follow up or resolution is unprofessional. Responding to your response- I understand that unexpected situations can happen however, this explanation does not address the main issue—lack of communication. Being notified the day of my reservation that no vehicles were available is unacceptable and reflects poor planning and customer service.
