  Do not go here, this location only has local people rental "slum" cars. They actually thought I would accept a Ford Escape that literally had more damage than my accident car that was being repaired (why I needed a rental)...and inside the car was just as bad, "cigarette" burns, 🦨 smells etc. And when I refused the car I get an attitude from an employee who clearly had given up on life. If you have to use Enterprise, use a different location, but if you're smart you just won't use them at all.

  The whole experience at Enterprise was flawless. Service reps very well trained. Car was immaculate. Couldnt ask for anything better

  I had an absolutely horrible experience with this location. I booked a vehicle a month in advance for a family vacation for my son's birthday. On the day that I was supposed to pick up the vehicle someone from the location called to advise there wasn't a vehicle available and he would call back when one was available. I called back 3 hours later and was advised there was no change. I never received a call back and my reservation was canceled. My points that I used was taken even though I never got my rental. I was also charged for 2 nights at a hotel that I couldn't use due to not being able to get to my destination without a vehicle. I contacted customer service and I was advised the manager would call back. I have yet to be contacted. I would not recommend renting from this location!
