  I had an absolutely horrible experience with this location. I booked a vehicle a month in advance for a family vacation for my son's birthday. On the day that I was supposed to pick up the vehicle someone from the location called to advise there wasn't a vehicle available and he would call back when one was available. I called back 3 hours later and was advised there was no change. I never received a call back and my reservation was canceled. My points that I used was taken even though I never got my rental. I was also charged for 2 nights at a hotel that I couldn't use due to not being able to get to my destination without a vehicle. I contacted customer service and I was advised the manager would call back. I have yet to be contacted. I would not recommend renting from this location!

  Vehicle maintenance had not been completed prior to pickup but Enterprise remains our family go to car rental.

  They gave me great upgrades last two rentals and I LOVE that I am loyal and happy that loyalty pays off! I always use enterprise because they are reliable I like using my points for different things but they always take good care oof me.

  I made a reservation online which was fine but you cannot talk to a live person at the site. When you call you are out on hold with a recording g that repeats over and over about above and beyond service for the customer but not 1 time in the 4 days in a row did I ever speak to a person! They open at 9am on Saturday so from 9am to 9:20am I was on hold abs not once did I speak to a person( last was my lay attempt). After this, I won’t return to rent here again. Sad because this is where I would always rent from. Not anymore! Not how a person wants to start their vacation.

  Quick and easy way to rent a car ..they are helpful and friendly and make a reservation its faster if thier busy
