He tested my battery, and as suspected it was dead. He replaced it and had me out by 9:15. I felt bad for pulling up right then but I was taken great care of. Thanks MJ!!

Went "ABOVE AND BEYOND BEYOND "MEASURE!!!. to try to get the barcode to find them at his store..and he was going to replace them here at his store rather than the store I purchased them at. .. He was slammed !!the phone was ringing, he had orders for being put on the shelf but he stopped like I was the only customer in the world! He was so impressive being so young and having that much enthusiasm and energy to get me my needs met👍👍👍 please recognize him some way with a gift card for lunch or something Exceptional Customer service!!! he exceeded my expectations!! Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
