  The job was done, but I was horribly misquoted. The phone agent is solely focused on booking an appointment. I asked for the price, and gave the details of my vehicle and was quoted just under $70. I made the appointment and when I went the next day, it seemed like no appointment was scheduled. I gave the keys and waited. Was told that it would be about an hour and twenty minutes. I had seen the car parked after service and expected for the front office person to let me know when I could check out. After waiting another 30 minutes and no one coming to get me, I went to the front, and then he said that I could check out. That was when I was first notified about the actual fees which were about $50 more than I was quoted over the phone. When I asked about the discrepancy, he told me that they quoted me for the wrong price and that this happens often, and if I wanted accurate pricing ahead of time, I need to call the store. Then why did the call center not direct me to the store?

  Store Manager, Alex, was very professional and competent. He knew exactly what I needed and got me in and out of there within an hour with a couple new tires. I am a repeat customer and will remain loyal for that good service.

  Two (2) hour wait for tire rotation After being 5 min late , with appointment. Made me late for golf tee time.
