  Nick was fantastic. He was able to get my 2022 Mini Cooper oil change finished in under an hour and this included getting a filter delivered to the shop. Would recommend.

  I waited 5 hours to have 4 new tires mounted, balanced and aligned with an appointment. The tech couldn’t loosen the tie rod nut to adjust the alignment. Once I had it aligned at another shop, we found that the tires were out of balanced as the truck started to shake at 50mph. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and find a different tire shop.

  100/100 stars!!! Nick and his team got me a great deal on 4 new tires and put em on speedy quick! (Mine were bald as an eagle!) My car is driving smoother than EVER!!! As a realtor (and volleyball coach) I'm always rolling around the county, so safety was my main concern. It was theirs too! They were meticulous and gave me a full breakdown of things to fix down the road!!! Thank you guys again!!! Literal life savers!!!

  I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but this experience felt necessary to share. I had my car towed here and made it very clear from the beginning that it was not drivable (that’s why it was towed in). Despite that, the car sat for days without being properly addressed. I called every single day for updates. By day 2, it still hadn’t even been looked at. I kept being told they would “try” to get to it, but no real progress was ever made. Once they finally began looking at the car, they had issues even moving the car into the shop, which should have been communicated instead of leaving me in the dark. I understand shops get busy, but this felt like a complete lack of urgency and communication. After 3 days of no meaningful progress, I had to tow my car somewhere else. Given what I explained upfront about the car not being drivable, if they didn’t have the capacity to look at it, they should not have agreed to take it in the first place. Would not recommend.

  I got a flat tire a mere 3 miles away from the tire store. I pulled in and the competitor’s store (literally right next door) said I would have to leave my car overnight because they were closing in 4 minutes and the tire could not be “plugged.” I went next door and was told it was repairable and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes spending $49.00 vs. $400.00+.
