  This used to be my go-to store for tire replacements and repairs, but not anymore. I wanted to replace all 4 tires, and did the booking through the web site, as I usually do. I stopped by the store in the afternoon the day before the appointment to confirm if they have the tires at the shop. I was told that everything is ready and I can come tomorrow morning to get the job done. When I arrived next morning, I was told that they do not have the selected tires in store. The similar tires from the same brand they offered me were in total $180 over the quote I was given. I asked if they can order Yokohama Tornante tires I booked to be delivered to the store during the following week and reschedule my appointment for the next week. I was then told these tires are not available at all. I was offered Cooper tires, with much lower thread rating, and again for a higher price than the original quote. When I declined, I was just given my keys back, without any apology. It seems the web site is just used to lure you in by offering products they don’t even stock. It’s a shame, this used to be a great store.

  Took my truck here for a simple rotation. I made a appointment through what seemed to be a call center. I arrive at the location the front desk guy says that he sees my appointment but he cannot do the rotation and the other tech is less than 2 weeks in so he doesn't want to scratch my rims. Told me to come back after an hr. So I did, the gentleman he told me to wait for said he has to wait for the guy who was at the desk to do the rotation. I mind you both of these are lunch breaks. He tells me to come back after another hour to do a tire rotation seemed like the run around for not wanting to do the work even with an appointment. Very dissatisfied.

  John was fantastic! I was quoted one price over the phone and upon arrival the tires werent in stock. Instead of waiting for the order to arrive, John honored the quote by placing premium tires that were in Stock!

  Extremely disappointed I had called Monday before my appointment was given a quote out the door of $355 and some change don't remember the exact amount for my two tires that I needed when I get there nobody had any clue what I was quoted after finally figuring out which ones I was quoted it was now $425 on top of it my appointment was at 9:00 they didn't get my vehicle back until well after 9:45 then the manager and one of his technicians were literally swearing at each other in the office dropping f-bombs very unprofessional
