“Great experience with Car Factory! The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions, helped me find a good vehicle within my budget, and made the financing process smooth and easy. The car was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. I would definitely recommend Car Factory to anyone looking for a reliable car and excellent customer service.”

My experience with this dealer was very disappointing. I purchased a 2021 Ford Transit with 72-month financing, put $2,000 down, and from the beginning there was a lack of clarity in the numbers. Initially, I was told my monthly payment would be around $522, then I was presented with documents showing $546, and after I refused, it suddenly changed to $512. These inconsistencies create distrust and reflect a lack of transparency in the process. In particular, Mr. Leo, who I understand is one of the managers, handled the numbers in a way that did not seem clear to me. During the final calculation, approximately $3,125 was added for a supposed vehicle coverage service, which was not properly explained in terms of conditions or actual benefits. After I rejected that charge, it was broken down and partially replaced with another charge, including about $1,495 for a “key insurance,” which I also did not agree with. I was then told there was nothing else that could be done, which reflects a lack of flexibility and transparency. To make matters worse, they committed to fixing some visible issues on the van, but that never happened. After signing the contract, it became clear that they were avoiding those commitments and responsibilities. The vehicle also had brake issues almost immediately after purchase, which is unacceptable for a vehicle coming from a dealer. When I reported it, I was told that “these are auction cars and they have defects,” which does not justify selling a vehicle with problems without clearly explaining them beforehand. As an additional example, the vehicle has mismatched side mirrors (one on each side from a different model). Mr. Leo promised to replace it and even said they could take the part from another van on the lot, but that commitment has not been fulfilled. These are issues that could have been easily resolved, but the most frustrating part is the lack of seriousness. I was asked to bring the van in today (Monday) to fix everything, and nothing was done. It felt like a waste of my time. The van came back the same or worse, and the only thing they did was an alignment, claiming the brakes were “fine,” when clearly they are not. In my experience, there was a clear lack of transparency and professionalism throughout the entire process. I strongly recommend that future buyers carefully review everything, ask for detailed explanations of all charges, and do not rely on verbal promises. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would not do business here again. —————————————————————————————-

Don't waste your time. the most laziest staff I seen. I went for to cancel and warranty they sold me and took forever for someone to help because their phones were more important and when they where asked to help by another staff member they looked angry that they had to get off their phone and actually work then they gave me all the wrong information requiring me to have to revisit and I got the same greeting. so save your time and not go here they don't have good deals anyway A BIG SCAM.

The boss Leo is a con artist he’ll sale you car knowing the windows don’t work, it takes them over a month to give you your new tag, and if he try’s to tell you he will pay you to refer someone to get a car, don’t fall for it he is a liar. He told me after i purchased my vehicle if i sent Someone to get a car he’d pay me $500. I sent A friend who bought a car over a month ago i still Have not been paid and he lied claiming not to remember. I only Do business with honest people if i keep My word i expect the same in return with that said i will No longer be doing business here and i recommend no one else does.
