  Michael at AutoZone deserves a HUGE shoutout! I came in needing a new battery and he went above and beyond from start to finish. Not only did he change out my battery quickly and professionally, but he also made sure my car computer was reset properly so everything was running perfectly before I left. What really stood out was his attitude — friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. You can tell he actually cares about getting the job done right instead of just rushing through it. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. Thank you again, Michael, for making a stressful situation easy and for taking such great care of my car. AutoZone is lucky to have you!

  The worker bill was amazingly kind to my grandmother when her car broke down in the parking lot he gave her water and a place to sit and very patient with us 10/10

  Battery was dying. Came in and Bill was prompt and helpful. Installed my new battery in no time. Best part is that it was still under warranty. Highly recommend!

  Manager was a complete waste of time, I got charged for an online pickup order that I didn’t pickup. I called to rectify the situation and inform the store that I didn’t pick up the order and I’m still being charged for it. The manager response was ”Well I don’t know what to tell you call corporate, You’re asking me questions I don’t know how to answer.” Managers usually don’t respond like that considering it happened at your store and possible situation of theft is going on.

  Stop in to AutoZone to get windshield wipers, this place is extremely on point, a gentleman named Bill was extremely knowledgeable and put them on my car for me. This service is wonderful for women, was all done in 5 minutes and was on my way. Thank you Bill for helping me! Great place and professional
