  After arriving at 10:50 am for an 11:00 confirmed appointment I noted that there were only 3 cars at the store so I expected my car to be serviced (oil change) shortly after my arrival. Within forty minutes later (by 11:30) 5 other cars had arrived and were taken in for service while my vehicle sat idle. About 11:45 am, the attendant finally said "we just need an open bay and your car will be serviced soon." However there were several open bays when I arrived but my car was totally ignored. They finally pulled my car in for the oil change at 12:05 pm! I expected the oil change to take no more than 30 minutes, but it was 1:00 pm by the time my car was finished! If you can't honor your appointment times, then just don't take apointments - that simple! I'm sure the people there are nice enough, but their operating systems are horrible if this is how customers are normally treated. Thanks for confrming where I should never go for an oil change!

  Mike was fantastic! He went above and beyond to get a special-order tire for me the same day. The entire staff was friendly, accommodating, and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for any future tire needs!

  Mike and Scott was really helpful with assisting me with my appointment for car service and they provided it with excellent customer service and professionalism. I was helping my partner replace her tires but I will definitely will be revisiting for myself and for my truck! Thank you Mike, Scott, and The Tire Kingdom staff at lake wales (Hwy 27)!

  I had an outstanding experience at Tire Kingdom thanks to Zach. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping me. Zach took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done without any pressure or upselling. His honesty, knowledge, and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Zach went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. He kept me updated throughout the visit and made sure I left completely satisfied. If you visit Tire Kingdom, I highly recommend asking for Zach.   My wife brought her here on 6/17/26 to get a tire replaced. We went with tire kingdom because they were able to get the tire we need next day and I didn’t want her driving around on a damaged tire especially with my kids in the car. The next day she arrived at Tire Kingdon and told the service guy it was the passenger rear tire that was damaged and needed to be replaced and he noted it on the paperwork. Later that day I arrive home to find they replaced the wrong tire and the damaged one was still on the car! It was too late to call them so I called them the next morning and they swiftly corrected it. My issue is they removed a perfectly good tire and replaced it without even questioning why, “why am I taking a good tire off and replacing it with a brand new one?” My other issue is they didn’t even read the work order where it stated what tire needed to be replaced. Lastly what if my wife god forbid would have gotten into an accident due to that bad tire failing, unacceptable. This is the second shop that we’ve used that’s been bought by Mavis that we will no longer go to. I dunno what Mavis is doing but it’s clear that customer safety and the people they hire to do the work isn't a top priority.
