  I went in for 4 new tires and that part was great they were in stock and at a reasonable price however for some reason they decided to open the hood of my car without my permission may I add to check for God knows what and they broke the corner of my air filter box and did not take responsibility for it. I sat there and watch how she slammed the box shut because she couldn't put it in, very unprofessional. If you value your car don't take it here.

  I am writing to formally report a negative experience I had at your location today during my 5:30 PM appointment for a tire alignment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a young male at the front desk who was neither personable nor professional. When I identified myself and noted that my keys were in the center console, he dismissively responded, "I’m not the one doing it." While the alignment could not be completed due to the need for replacement parts, I encountered a more serious issue after the servicer returned my car to the front lot. As I drove away, I noticed the brake light was blinking—an issue that did not exist prior to my visit. When I returned to the desk to ask for assistance, the same employee remained unhelpful and refused to leave his seat. I eventually had to insist he come outside to look at the vehicle. He was very confrontational throughout this interaction and, despite claiming to have fixed it, the brake light continues to blink. As a paying customer, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and the confrontational attitude displayed by the person representing your company. I recommend that management look into staff training for front-desk personnel to ensure they are helpful and professional.

  The store manger Stephanie was super helpful, provided excellent service and went out of her way to get my car back on the road again. What I imagined would take hours only took 30 minutes. The tire technician even put my donut tire back in the trunk. Had a very pleasant experience in a time of need.

  The price for their Continental tires are almost a hundred dollars per tire less than what the Mercedes Benz dealership charges. They honored the warranty on the tires that I previously bought at Tire Choice that did not hold up to the mileage timeframe. My tires were not in stock, but they were able to order them to come in the next day. The tires were put on my car within an hour.
