  I just want say I went lake wales car wash and the attendant named Micheal gave me awesome customer service .thanks for watching we r I was a out pass out from heat and had nothing to drink he gave some water thanks a billion.

  Been using this wash for 5yrs. Great wash, monthly membership is the way to go. And the management cares about customer concerns. 😎

  The car wash is great but trying to get any customer service for my online account is nearly impossible. I had a membership that I cancelled. I then started a new membership a few months later. My membership status still shows as cancelled on their web site even though my "history" shows several "redemption" visits. I have no way of managing my membership online.

  My wife and I have been members, off and on, since the car wash opened. When it initially opened the equipment worked, the towels were always full and dry and the personnel was friendly and helpful. Over the last 18 months we have seen the entire operation deteriorate beyond belief. We have 2 vehicles, pay over $80 per month and are DONE! We have given constructive feedback in hopes things would get better, but no such luck. Based on our experience, we can NOT recommend Caliber. There are much better alternatives.
