  I can't say enough good things about the service that I received from this business. Brianna, Taylor, and the rest of the team at Gerber were polite and attentive to my car repair needs as well as giving me peace of mind that they would do an excellent job in a timely manner. I was not disappointed in any way. Every time that I was about to call Taylor, she beat me to the call. Thanks for making this a good experience.

  Gerber Collision and Glass helped make my very bad experience with front end and radiator damage from kicked up tire tread on I-95 into a very smooth process. Communication and follow up were excellent and I received my car back earlier than expected - when does that ever happen? I highly recommend them. Mary

  I had a fantastic experience at Gerber. Taylor and Breanna were able to answer all my questions. Taylor had great follow-up keeping me informed as to the status of my car's repairs. Just by working with Taylor and Breanna I felt that the rest of the staff would put 100% effort into their work! Gerber also handed my car rental with Enterprise so I didn't have to do any coordination on that end. My Car looks fantastic plus the detailing done to both the inside and outside shows just how much Gerber cares about it's customers. Thank you everyone. I am absolutely ecstatic at the final results.

  Taylor and Bri at Gerber in Lake Park were amazing! My car was done fast, I was kept informed throughout the entire process with updates, my car was detailed before I received it, and it looked better when I picked it up than before the accident. I would recommend them to anyone!

  I cannot say enough good things about Gerber Collision, My car came out absolutely beautiful... And trust me when I tell you I was very worried about the outcome... As there was a lot of structural damage as well as body damage... Honestly, the car looks as if it's brand new and drives exactly As the first day I ever bought it... They also washed my car for me inside and out upon returning it to my possession.. This shop is amazing ..it is impeccably clean and very well run, When I finally received my car (in a very short period of time I might add only 24 days ), Which was remarkable considering the damage and the difficulty in getting parts these days. I would never guess it had been in a car accident. I truly hit the lottery by having my car brought to this establishment. They held my hand through the whole process, Taylor was absolutely amazing... She explained everything in detail was very sympathetic to my situation. She kept me informed through the whole process. I received frequent emails and texts letting me know of the progress and updates.She called me quite frequently as well to keep me apprised of the repairs. She could not have been any nicer... a very sincere nice young lady. . She definitely knew what she was talking about as well and I was very impressed with her and the above and beyond approach.. I also had the pleasure of speaking with General manager Tom , Who also Assured me that the car was in very good hands.. He was so right. !.. He took the time to answer All my questions and Was not put off by my worry. .. He even test drove the vehicle himself personally to make sure it was up to par... very honest trustworthy guy..also Might I add that this was State Farms insurance's contracted collision shop... That criteria alone would be enough to highly recommend this shop for all your body repairs as State farm would not use somebody that does inferior work. Also Gerber collision gives you a lifetime warranty... I highly highly recommend this shop for all your collision and glass , body work needs. For all the people behind the scenes that I didn't meet thank you so much.. You put my baby back together again, Thank you all for a job well done! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
