I'm the only one here"! Car was not clean, smelled bad. Gave me a key that was BROKEN... kept falling off keychain... almost lost it 2 times! NEVER AGAIN

Next day, we arrived and they did not have the car, as they had rented it out. The options were (surprise, surprise) more expensive. If they have to break your reservation and give your car to someone else, they should 1) state in writing that the reservation is not a reservation and 2) give you the larger car for the price that you had originally agreed to. This rental company prefers the bait and switch.

Chantel & Tia specifically keep me coming back to this location, even though there is one closer to me. They are always extremely attentive and friendly, and always go the extra mile to make sure that I am satisfied with my vehicle and rental experience, so I will always travel the literal extra miles to rent from them! As far as vehicles go, some are always going to be better than others, but as long as they get me from point A to point B with no issues, I can't ask for much more from them! As long as I'm renting cars, I will be renting from the Northlake/Lake Park Enterprise location because the vehicles are consistently reliable and team members are the best!
