  So far, the best dealer i have bought from. I don't usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience I had to. Buying cars for me is always stressful, but after a month+ of dealing with shady dealers, coming to Earl Stewart was a breath of fresh air. -Elaine- was incredibly kind and straight forward, and helped me right through the process. They offered me a MUCH better price for my trade in than anywhere else, and as a first-time solo-car-buyer, I dont think this process could have been made easier They truly do mean "no hassle" and "no extra fees".

  Once-loyal customer — deceptive financing, vehicle issues, and no response I’ve been a loyal customer of Stewart dating as far back as the late ’80s and always trusted their service department. I recently purchased a Lexus from them with 46k miles and was extremely disappointed. Problems: - Finance deception: I had preapproval from Chase with much better terms. When I got to the dealership the finance rep told me Chase no longer offered those terms and pushed different paperwork. I trusted him and signed, only to learn later from Chase that wasn't true. He just sold me a loan that was different than the one I had the approval on with significantly higher monthly payments and an extra year of payments. - Vehicle defects: Within days the rear door wouldn’t close properly. Months later, a body shop found bad struts — something a dealer should have noticed. - No response from management: Mr. Stewart advertises a “red phone” for problems, but I’m not local, so I emailed (May 18, 2026) and mailed a letter instead. Both went unanswered. Being ignored after decades of loyalty is what prompted this review. I didn’t expect them to magically fix everything, but a simple response or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. Ignoring longtime customers shows a lack of care and accountability. Disappointed and warning others to double-check financing and post-sale inspections if you buy here.

  Most places refuse to give you the out-the-door price. They'd rather have you come in to haggle and wear you down. Not the case with L** & Earl Stewart Toyota. There was no pressure at all! They simply found exactly what I asked for in a car & gave it to me at MSRP + tax & tags. No upcharges, no hidden fees, NO DEALER FEE! And they even brought the car right to my front door, then stayed to walk us through every feature! The sales part only took 10 minutes or less. And this was for a new car!

  Hi I have had the pleasure of knowing and purchasing not one but 20 vechial we have had her as a sales lady since 2005 we followed her from 441 Toyota to delray to earl Stewart we have followed her from store to store she is the best sales lady u have met she goes above and beyond line of duty always tried her hardest to get best deals best service any one ever could ask for she will find whatever u want and will have it shipped in if neccesary she is one of the best sales lady's and even has the finance offers on her back she is great and is greatly appreciated her consideration and service are greatly appreciated I can not think of a better sales rep you could ever know the best service person and her best team ever known Sincerely sophia
