  Amazing experience from start to finish! Michael L was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. I truly felt like he cared about finding the right car for me, not just making a sale. They don’t have dealer fee, no all other random fees. Also they give 7 days to return the car if you don’t like it. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car! 🚗✨

  I was driving home from Earl Stewart Toyota about 90 minutes after I arrived, having purchased a Toyota Corolla for my sister-in-law, who had never purchased a car in her life. I have purchased many different brands of cars at many dealerships, and the Earl Stewart Toyota dealership was second to none for expediency, professionalism, a remarkable facility, and price. The sales representative I dealt with was Jon Gormley. He was very familiar looking to me, and as we interacted, he reminded me that he had met me over 20 years ago at Earl Stewart Toyota, which is when I purchased a Toyota Land Cruiser and later, an FJ Cruiser from this dealership (my sons at the time were 6 and 9, and fascinated that the FJ had three windshield wipers). In the past, I have wasted entire days trying to negotiate the price of a car, with the salesman making multiple trips back and forth to his sales manager - nonsense many of us are familiar with when purchasing vehicles at dealerships. At Earl Stewart the price given to me for the Corolla was rock bottom below all of the prices I was quoted shopping the internet for every Corolla for sale in Palm Beach and Martin Counties - no dealer fees, no unnecessary after-market ad-on to up-sell me. Just tax, tag, title and out-the-door. My sister-in-law picked up her new car first thing this morning and is happy as can be. I highly recommend Earl Stewart Toyota. From Monroe B.

  I brought my vehicle in several times for the same issue. Had parts replaced under warranty and it still did not fix the issue. Brought the vehicle back again and they tried to blame it on lights that arent even connected to the vehicle and therefore could not cause the issue. Dealership has been terrible with service and immediately tried to push me out the door with blaming it on something not connected, then trying to scare me out the door with advising id need to pay 8 hours of diag with no promise of diagnosis or repair although I am covered under a factory warranty. Ultimately advised they, as the dealership are unable to figure out what is wrong on a 3 time come back for the same issue even though the vehicle was malfunctioning when brought in, the assistant service manager Bobby confirmed this to me as well as confirmed it was malfunctioning when it was brought into the service bay to be looked at. Ultimately advised to pick my vehicle up and take it somewhere else because and I quote "I cant keep paying guys to look at your car." You are the dealership. MY vehicle is under warranty. You previously misdiagnosed and incorrectly repaired this vehicle but now I have to take it somewhere else and pay for it to get fixed. Absolutely terrible business. They were terrible 10 years ago and theyre still terrible now. DO NOT bring vehicles here for service.

  I came in to Toyota simply to sell my vehicle. I was met by a handsome young man named Anthony. You approach me at least said hello and ask how we can help. I said I’m just here to sell it. I don’t need a new one. He said that’s fine. Walked me over to his desk. Didn’t waste any time showed me an aggressive number and I’m happy leaving same day check in hand.   We bough a 2020 Toyota 4Runner from this dealership. Since it was late we didn’t realize that the front windshield was cracked. So we went back the next Saturday to request a replacement and was told by the sales manager to use my insurance instead. I called several times and never got a response and even left a voicemail. Now I pay more in insurance and and have a bad record on my vehicle for replacing the windshield through my insurance versus the Earl Stewart dealership where I bought my vehicle.
