Danger! This dealership consists of scammers—do not go here. My car is a brand-new 2022 Toyota Corolla purchased at this very dealership, and no one other than this specific service center has ever performed any repairs on it. I brought it in with a minor issue and asked them to fix it; six hours later, they told me that the car's CPU was fried. However, my car did not have that problem when it arrived, which means they caused the damage themselves. They refused to take responsibility for the matter and tried to charge me over $8,000 for the work. I was furious because my car was in perfect working order when I dropped it off, and the staff was harassing me over the situation. Be careful—do not go here!

The trip and navigation buttons on my 2019 Toyota Prius were not working, so I took it to Earl Stewart Toyota. I have been their customer for a long time and did not have any problems up until now. This time however it was different. They diagnosed my problem as the faulty spiral cable assembly and gave me a quote of $1500, which included $992 for the part. I was not expecting the repair to cost so much but had no choice but to authorize the work. I then did an Internet search. The same genuine Toyota part was on sale at Earl Stewart website for $631. I called the service advisor - Josh Scott and he agreed to match the price. Now, I am engineer and am well versed in computers and the Internet, so I could do the research. But if it was someone like my wife, we would have had to pay the 50% higher price. I consider this to be unfair practice bordering almost on fraud. It is clearly not acceptable. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Consumer Protection and also with the Toyota North America head office. I am writing this review to warn that for an expensive part replacement get the part number from the dealer and look it up on the Internet to make sure you are not being overcharged. The difference could be substantial and the service department is not going to do anything unless you bring it up to them and complain.

I’ve been buying cars from Earl Stewart for over 20 years.
They are absolutely the best. In fact, I now live near Tampa and purchased my 2026 RAV4 PHEV XSE from Earl Stewart and drove for 3.5 hours each way because they are so good. This is the 6th new car purchased from them. The dealerships near Tampa were not on board with remove their dealership fees (some are $1800) and Earl never charges that. The red phone which connects directly to Earl or one of his sons (all managers), all the customer to resolve any issues they think they have with sales or service, by speaking directly with the people in charge. Truly they are the most customer focused dealership I’ve ever used. This company is the only company I follow on Facebook. Here are four people who will treat you right from the start to finish; Josh Stewart, Jason Lady, Matt Yufit, Steven Silverstein, Laura Wolford and for service Randy Deppen.

I have been a loyal Earl Stewart customer for over 7 years, even after relocating to Port St. Lucie, because the experience has always been worth the drive. Unfortunately my most recent visit was a significant departure from the standard I have come to expect.
I scheduled a 4:00 PM service appointment and arrived 15 minutes early, hoping to be taken care of on time or possibly ahead of schedule. Instead I was left waiting in the service line for the entire 15 minutes before anyone even came to ask for my name and appointment time.
When my assigned service agent Michael Success finally approached, he asked me to wait in the lobby for 5 minutes as he was not ready to assist me. That 5 minutes turned into over 30 minutes with no communication, no update, and no sign of him. My car was still sitting in the service line untouched.
At that point I made the decision to gather my belongings and leave. I schedule appointments specifically to ensure my time is respected and it was clear that was not going to happen.
I also want to note that being addressed as "My man" by the service agent did not reflect the level of professionalism I associate with Earl Stewart. Basic courtesy and communication go a long way.
I have nothing personal against Michael Success but this experience was deeply disappointing. I will not be scheduling future services with him. I genuinely hope this is addressed as this dealership has earned its reputation and this visit did not reflect it.
