  The absolute best! I’ve been going here for about a year now and have been incredibly satisfied with every trip I’ve taken here. The staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, always helping really quickly with any issue I have with my car. I can’t recommend them enough!

  5 stars for Mavis in Lake Mary! Another shop canceled my appointment at the last minute without my knowledge and my car was already 3 weeks overdue for an oil change. Even though I arrived close to closing, they were kind enough to change my oil, check the tire pressure and put air in my tires. Everyone was friendly, personable and professional. I truly appreciate them fitting me in and taking care of my car. I’ll be bringing my car here moving forward!

  I had a wonderful experience at Mavis Tires today! Michael was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. I went in thinking I might need a new tire, but he took the time to inspect it and was actually able to repair it instead. I really appreciated his honesty and not trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I highly recommend Mavis Tires! If you need tire service, go see Michael! You won’t be disappointed!

  I arrived and explained was happening with the tire of my car. Then they started working on it. When I asked for a new tire as told me other place, they just take my car and work on it. At the end I didn't need a new tire, they solve everything right away, because they do an excellent job they find which tire was the bad one. At the end of their labor they just ask me to make a review according to my experience. As always they did an amazing service. Since 2016 I'm living in Lake Mary and use their service when they was Action Gator. Thanks team

  Nice people , limited skills. I recently dropped my car off to be repaired. I. It was a very descriptive letter explaining everything leading up to the day I brought it in. After two days all they did was repeat every step that was already performed on my note. I didn't know grown men who claim to be mechanics can't do anything other than a basic manual bleed and purge the abs module. No pressure bleeding, no vacuum bleeding. And I left with the same brake issues I brought in asking help with. On a positive note they didn't charge but to be honest why would you charge if you're not really mechanics who fix things? I'm an Italian chef no way would you ever show up and I not know how to do my job and I sure wouldn't let you leave hungry. But here I am working on my own car because the professionals didn't know how. LOL. Won't be back.
