  Tire Kingdom in Lake City is Top of the Line! This is my second time here with an issue on our work trucks. They are always attentive and really do a good job. This second time was 30 mins before closing and were very helpful and didn’t give me the feeling that they were inconvenienced. Made me feel like a valued customer. In this day and age is a rare moment in the customer service industry. I will definitely be coming back with my personal truck for future tire needs. Thank you!

  We were pulling off to refuel in Live Oak when we suddenly lost AC and the battery charging warning light came on. Turns out our serpentine belt was shredded and broke at the gas station. Since it was a Sunday, we figured we were in trouble. We called and they got us in immediately. Spencer had us back on the road in 1 hour!!!!!!

  Let me just tell you… my family was on a 8-hour trip to the panhandle when our car broke down half way there. Seth was so helpful with suggestions before we had to have it towed in. Once we got there, they prioritized us for first thing the next morning. Unfortunately, the issues with the car can’t be fixed there, but they gave us top notch service and checked out every possible issue. Seth runs a most excellent business. Chris and Austin were friendly, professional, and accommodating, as well. They were kind and aired up our tires on the rental. We could not have been made to feel more valued and important. Seth, Chris, and Austin are AMAZING. Great team, there!

  I stopped by needing air in one of my tires and after talking with the manager, made an appointment for 8am the following week to replace my aging, and dry-rotting tires. The price I was quoted was very reasonable, and didn't feel like I was being sold things I didn't actually need. Any of the staff I interacted with were polite. The problem I have is a time management issue. As I said, my appointment was for 8am. I asked for the earliest slot available. A lady with no appointment had her car serviced before mine even though we walked in at the same time, 2 minutes before 8, right as the manager unlocked the door. After I handed over my keys, I waited an hour and walked upfront to stretch my legs and noticed my truck had not even been put in a bay. I did not leave until 11:30. There were 3 techs walking around, while there were only 2 customers from 8-8:45. I don't understand why I had to miss my 11am work appointment. I hope the people involved see this as an honest review and do not take offense.

  I forgot to leave a review after stopping in to have my tires inspected. During that visit, I learned that my tires had issues and needed to be replaced. I have done business with this Tire Kingdom location extensively over the years when I lived nearby, and I have always been treated fairly, honestly, and professionally. Although I didn't purchase tires there this time because I needed to order a specific set, the staff was still very helpful and took the time to explain the situation. Throughout the years, the team has consistently provided excellent customer service and always made me feel like part of the family. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to their customers. Highly recommended.
