  I was in the market for a newer vehicle, and stop by roundtree Moore Ford Lincoln and Lake City Florida. I was greeted by a young man by the name of Jacxn Jones and he was very very knowledgeable not pushy at all very helpful and after two visits I went back and saw him again I decided on a vehicle and he helped me push the paperwork through did all transfer and titles and tags and all that made it very very easy for the whole thing to get done. I would suggest anyone it's looking for a new vehicle or a new vehicle to contact Jackson Jones around to move forward I think you'll be very happy with his help and his service.

  I highly recommend Jay Pineda for the incredible service he provides at the dealership. He is very professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive. He genuinely cares about his customers and makes the entire process much more comfortable and enjoyable. He takes the time to explain every detail, answer questions, and ensure that people feel happy and confident with their purchase. He also has the thoughtful gesture of giving gifts at the end of each sale, which shows how much he appreciates his customers. Definitely an excellent experience and someone you can trust 100%.   I had such an amazing experience working with Jason Bass at Rountree Moore Ford of Lake City! From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable.   First things first, I know you’re reading this, don’t respond with your phone number, i’m not calling you, I’ll be there Monday morning to address this face to face. I bought a car here in February and the buying process was a breeze (after trying every other dealership in Lake City) thought we struck gold, they put the car in the shop to fix a recall before we drove it off, I mentioned the car needed an alignment and asked nicely if they could take care of that (noticed it right away in the first test drive) they said that needs to be done on my own time, okay fine! I brought it in for my first oil change and they already had to replace a cabin air filter, one tire is completely bald and the alignment is bad. They say their cars go through multi point inspections, how good is your inspection if you can’t even catch a dirty air filter? Air filters don’t get caked up in 3 months time especially if it sits most of the time until the car is needed. This place doesn’t care about customer satisfaction nor safety. Save your time and money and DO NOT BUY FROM ANY DEALERSHIP IN LAKE CITY. These people feed their families by scamming others just trying to feed their family. See you Monday 😉

  My husband made a deal with Corey S. He knew we were on the way from out of town and told my husband he would get started on his paperwork. We sent him his DL and when we arrived at the dealership and walked in the staff looked at us but no one greeted us for a few minutes. There was a desk that said Customer Service; however, it took the guy sitting there a couple of minutes to even say anything to us. We asked for Corey and they said we will go get him. They paged Corey a few minutes later and nothing. We sat in the waiting area and someone finally came and said they just sold the truck and it was getting detailed. I walked around back to where they were detailing and no truck. I honestly believe the truck was not there when we were conversing with Corey and he had us travel from out of town for nothing.
