  My service advisor Stacy was very rude and disrespectful. When I walked in I stated I had an appointment (Friday 6-20-2026) and what I needed done, she says "that a chevy for ya". She told me she would let me know, I had to fallow up with a visit and a phone call the next day. She was rude and very un helpful. She told me I could get a rental when I dropped off my vehicle if i needed parts, but not knowing what needed to be done we didnt take one at the time. The next day after a visit and a call, she states you could have gotten a rental when you dropped it off. I told her we didnt know what we needed when we dropped the vehicle off, and she said if we needed parts. Stacy states "well its implied if its going to be a while you can get a rental".. how was it supposed to know at the time of dropp off what I needed. Then one rental place was closed and the other didnt have any GM vehicles available. Went home to madison fl with out a vehicle. We got an email Tuesday that the part was in for my repair. I made a fallow up call Wednesday, and was told that they were waiting for my part. Told her I got an email stating my part was in. The advisor put me on hole said yes my part was in and it would be done Wednesday or Thursday. I called back Friday checking on the status of my vehicle. Was told again my part wasnt in. Told her again I got and email and talked to her Wednesday. Stacy told me she would call me back with an update. She never called me back.. my mother in law knows scooter another advisor there and he was pleasant and very helpful. Gave more information than I had gotten in a week. Scooter stated my vehicle would be done monday.. I called Monday, I was transferred 3 times and put on hold for 20 mins. Called back and put put on hold for another 13mins before someone said it would be done monday evening or Tuesday morning.. after 12 days I finally got my vehicle back. I was not happy with the service I got, my family including my in-laws will not be going back to roundtree more for anything.

  The White’s would like to thank Landon and Carl at Rountree Chevrolet for making my wife’s dream come true with her Gladiator. Carl thanks for your hospitality and fellowship while we waited for the finance person as you all were busy that day and had one person available. We drove 4.5 half hours from Pensacola and the dealership to care of us from start to finish and even gassed up both vehicles before we left to go home.   I get overwhelmed, thinking about purchasing a car, but Richard Deubler at Roundtree Moore made my car purchase experience stress-free. He was easy to talk to, Explained the cars features and showed me how to use them and did not pressure me to make a decision right away. All the staff I dealt with at the dealership were extremely nice and helpful. I definitely would purchase from them again..

  They will lie to you to get you in the door. When you get in everything changes. I went 69 miles because the man told me I needed nothing but some bill from home to show I live at the address. He told me proof of income. I get there and I needed $5000. For a down payment. Or get the small SUV tiny one. I asked him all day what i needed. I cant believe he lied to me. I lost my husband to cancer, lost my mom a week later and 2 weeks ago almost lost my son missing 2 deer. Im so tired of this mess. I truly was so happy to think I was getting a 2019 chevrolet Tahoe. I have warned you all!!!! They are not honest about anything!!!!!

  So I took my jeep in first I was told it would be covered under warranty I had them check my warranty before I left my truck anyways then I'm told it's not covered was given a whole list of stuff I needed first list was 2700 then they forgot something which brought it to 2800 before taxes I just didn't feel like with the mistakes they made on paper wouldn't transfer to just mistakes on actual repair work so I took my truck somewhere else they told me all I needed was new tires and alignment the rest of everything else y'all told me I needed was not needed whatsoever so I paid $129 for the alignment and $1100 for new mud tires somewhere else and now my truck is perfect the quote y'all gave me didnt even give me tires in it just a bunch oh stuff I did not need other than the alignment smh I won't be back and I encourage everyone else to shop around
