    Ashlie was amazing! She made the entire experience smooth, quick, and enjoyable. I felt heard throughout the process, and she gave awesome recommendations that truly helped me make the right decision. The service and finance team were also very impressive. They worked with me every step of the way and got me to a place where I felt completely comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for great customer service and a stress-free car buying experience!

    Cannot praise the GM, Steve Hoggle enough and his service department!! We purchased a Jeep on Christmas Eve and immediately began having mechanical issues. After Mr. Hoggle become aware he went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied and the issues were resolved. Our Jeep was with them more than us and he made sure we had another vehicle while they were making repairs. Long story short, four months later and I have my Jeep back and a smile on my face! Have dealt with many dealerships in the area and none have went above and beyond like Lake City Honda did!!! If you are in the market for a used vehicle, go check them out! They will definitely take care of you!

    Today, I completed the acquisition of a Traverse. Ashlie, my sales representative, provided exceptional service. This was, without a doubt, the most positive car-buying experience I have ever encountered. I communicated my desired payment structure to the finance department, and we collaboratively reached a mutually agreeable solution. I fully intend to procure my next vehicle from this establishment.

    If I could rate this place a 0 I would. They scam people and try to rip you off and did nothing but disrespect my family. They scammed my brother with his truck and the car my brother got. The car also came back from being washed with a dent in it, it was mentioned to them and they wouldn’t even come out and look at it and acted like him or my family was the ones that put the dent there when it never left the lot. The sales people there are very disrespectful and Honda should be embarrassed to have a place like this in lake city. The amount of bad reviews this dealership has in the last 6 months is mind blowing. Y’all should be ashamed.

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but this needs to be documented. I purchased a vehicle from Honda of Lake City and have had ongoing issues that have not been properly addressed. * I was not provided the correct set of keys as part of the sale (only one manual key was provided when there should have been two) * I went to the dealership in person on four separate occasions, provided my information each time, and was told I would be contacted about resolving the key issue * I never received a single follow-up email or communication * I spoke directly with the service manager and also wrote the general manager, and received no response The most serious issue occurred recently when my four year old son and I were locked out of the vehicle in a parking lot while it was running. We did not have the correct key available at that moment, and the key fob would not unlock the doors. We had no way to regain access until my wife arrived. This situation could have been avoided if the correct keys had been provided as expected. This is not just an inconvenience—it’s a safety concern. In addition, Honda corporate initially could not locate my VIN in their system, which raises further concerns about how the sale and documentation were handled. At this point, the lack of response and follow-through is as concerning as the original issue. I am simply asking for: * Proper keys to be provided as originally expected * Confirmation that my vehicle and warranty are correctly registered * Clear communication and accountability from the dealership I have documentation and proof supporting the above and am willing to provide it if needed. I am sharing this so others are aware and in hopes that this situation is finally addressed properly.
