  My car's air conditioner stopped working on the way from ATL to Disney World. These folks quoted me one price for the repair, but then quoted me a much higher one when I was about to return for the repair on the way back home. Do not recommend.

  These guys put in work. They will work HARD to help get you into a new or used auto. Best dealership experience I’ve had in a very long time. Zach, Matt and the team are awesome. Very transparent and open. If you’re in a surrounding area (Jacksonville) hit them up. You won’t regret it! Five stars all the way!

  “I bought my GMC Sierra from Honda of Lake City and had a great experience with salesman Luis Cirino — he made the buying process easy and transparent. Shortly after purchase I started having major transmission problems. Service tech TJ Hazel and his boss Jessica were fantastic to work with — TJ was very professional and communicative the whole time. General Manager Stephen also stepped in and made sure the issue was fully taken care of. The team worked with me extensively and replaced the entire transmission. The truck is now running great. I would definitely recommend Honda of Lake City!

  On. June 11th. With the help of my friend I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage hybrid. The car is wonderful so far . I use it as a rideshare driver . I was promised on June 15th by both the my salesman and the sales manager that they would free of charge replace my wiper blades ,but they had to order them . They would call me . More than a week passed . No call .. so I called and said I was bringing my car in on July 1 for an oil change and would like my wiper blades installed then . They said no problem. Well there was . Neither of them noted my account. So needless to say . I arrived for my 7 am service and the service department said they could not without verification install the blades . Until he talked to them . I reached out by phone and text asking my salesman to please honor his promise . He never responded . Not at all . Not all day long . So apparently their word is only good till they get the sale then you are no longer relevant. I'm very disappointed but not surprised . They are behaving like typical used car sales people. Also my friend who Co signed was promised a 200 visa gift card for his help . He has yet to receive that .

  If I could give a negative rating I would bought my third car from now when infant oil change got the video sent to me informing me that I need a new battery as my battery was only cranking 300 amps as I'm watching the video the man is checking my battery under the hood which anybody that works on cars knows the battery to the charger is in the trunk but they are insisting that they will give me this awesome deal of only 500 dollars for a new battery installed when I confronted the manager about why he was checking the battery under the hood and insisting I need a new battery why he didn't check the battery in the trunk ,,, I got told ma'am you only have one battery I know it's too bad your technician doesn't know she proceeded to tell me that mistakes happen 500 dollars seems like a costly mistake and than ended her conversation with me by telling me will at least you didn't spend the 500 I don't know how many times they've done it before who's they've done it before too but I put it out there so you'll all know
