  This is our 3rd time renting from Enterprise and never had a problem!!! I had a couple questions and Chris was able to answer them and put me at ease! Easy to make reservations online! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely rent from Enterprise again!!!

  I scheduled a pick for a rental today and it said it would be ready by 12pm Noon. I also called to verify and was told there 15 random people ahead of me. They said they will call me WHEN my actual pick up was ready. No call no nothing, what kind of company are you guys running???? This is the GATEWAY to Florida, what kind of service are you guys providing???? Misleading and false information????

  We were unfortunately involved in an accident recently that damaged our vehicle to the point of inoperable. Enterprise did the best they could to accommodate us in an emergency. While the location was able to provide a vehicle, it definitely was not ideal and too small. We made it work but the remaining three plus hours to our location was not comfortable. I hope Enterprise will consider keeping more inventory of larger vehicles on hand at least in the locations near interstate highways to provide when larger groups or families need assistance. That said, the representatives on both pickup and return were absolutely fantastic. Great customer service while working with me in an emergency situation. The vehicle was actually very nice driving and clean. I have always appreciated how well maintained Enterprise keeps their vehicles.

  I rented from Enterprise while my car was being repaired after an accident. Their staff was great, the car was in good shape and clean, I had 0 issues. I recently had a terrible experience with a competitor and should have gone with my instincts and rented from Enterprise again.
