  The manger is a completely rude and unprofessional. Wanted to argue about spark plugs after giving me the incorrect one first. There mistake, they should fix it. The attitude and rudeness was uncalled for. Definitely lost a valuable customer

  Spoke with Mike C., whose help literally saved my trip after a mechanical failure on the interstate. My front right caliper began dragging, causing the rotor to overheat. Mike helped me get the specific tools and grease needed to fix the issue. I was able to hit 70mph on the turnpike with no further overheating. Professional and highly recommended.

  Pulled open, ask them if they'd run the dogs agnostics computer on my car.They did it with no problem.And great professional ease love this place since my sister works at one of the hubs in north carolina.

  I cannot remember the guys name but I believe he was a manager over parts? David maybe? He was super sweet. Glasses. My alternator went out. He checked my battery and everything to make sure that’s what it was then did everything he could to help me get the part I needed. I managed to limp it to local repair shop and get it all fixed. I was kind panicked when this all happened as we were driving home to Kentucky from southern florida. He made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable. Even informed me of core deposit and money I could get back! I did go back and retrieve it after the repairs were done. We made it home later than expected but we made it!
