First time I was insulted by a comment was I sure of item because I didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. I took & continued to give respect. 2nd incident, Store had opened by maybe 5 mins.My truck was shaking & running rough bad & Engine lite was on, I stoped, no one else was in store but him. Then a second guy came in as I was leaving, He might have been for parts delivery & I get this. Anyways, I with respect ask if he could hook up diagnostic machine to my truck, He tells me, oh it’s a new system & I have to take a class, I haven’t been trained on the new one yet, Then proceeds to tell me something else by saying he couldnt because he was alone. It’s time to say something now. And he sent me to Autozone. I have done nothing but give this Gentleman the upmost respect & now two incidents.No matter how nice you are to this Gentleman, He Always is negative & has a nasty disposition. He only wants to stay behind the counter & not help.And last but not least, No other customers came & went while I was there. I would also like to add…, All the other Employees are Exceptional. Nice disposition , They are the best.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
