  Bill was awesome!!! Old school dude who showed me EXACTLY how to install a simple part I bought earlier at another Autozone. I even heard him tell the previous customer "...now you don't need to go buy the most expensive one on the shelf!" Just trying to save the poor guy some $ before buying a premium product for just a beater car. Absolutely will be back!!!

  Received no help whatsoever from any employee. After finding the items I was there to get for a friend, I waited at the counter with no employees in site. Finally, one came in from outside with another customer and proceeded to offer the gentleman assistance immediately while walking past me waiting at the counter. There was zero acknowledgment of my presence until I finally asked loudly what I needed to do to get any help. I felt completely disrespected-this is why females despise going into “male” territory

  Came in looking for a battery manager Nina chugged under her breath saying hes not going to find it over there when my husband went to check their wall of batteries while she continued to stare at the battery on the counter. I stated the comment wasn't necessary and to just find the battery. She continued to try to argue. We took our battery and went elsewhere. Its 9am no one has time to argue especially with the "manager". Someone needs to talk to her about how to handle customers because that situation alone was ridiculously unprofessional and we will never go back to this store.
