  It was quick and easy. The team was very informative although they did try to sell a lot of things that I didn’t need but I know that’s their job. They were friendly and weren’t pushy when I said no thank you

  I had an excellent experience at Valvoline thanks to Angel Echevarria. His customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. He was professional, friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made the entire process smooth and made me feel like a valued customer. Angel truly went above and beyond, and employees like him are the reason customers come back. Highly recommend!

  Hands down the worst experience with my vehicle I’ve ever had. Beauzil, Kez, and David were great. Max and a shorter gentleman with tattoos were the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Obviously when getting an oil change, you cannot have the ignition on; therefore my, and other customers, windows were down. They should be careful the things they say about customers while they’re sitting there in their bay. Either hold your comments until after I leave or keep it to yourself. Will not return.

  It was not good at all. I have come to the Simpson location and I never felt so rushed like I did when I went. The lead person that day was hurrying everyone. Not taking their time, they did not check my lights or anything at all in my car. They only put air on my tires (thank you) and the oil change. The note said that I had an oil leak and they did not even tell me anything. I went with my husband at the same time and for my husband in his summary paper said they checked for everything when they did not. Normally I have my lights, filters and wipers checked and we had nothing at all. On my husband’s paper summary they did the wrong name and address(wrong client) so wathever person they put on the paper was not him. And everything felt rushed making me not even feel safe with my oil.i am sad because it is the only time I’ve had this experience, other times have been great
