Customer Service!!! The welcoming, explanation of the process, politeness, verification of service that it’s being done in your car. I mean it was just amazing. If business just would back to the basics like this one, I’m telling you, everyone would be happy customers and company. I didn’t even look at the price, although was good pricing. It’s the treatment. Manager and assistant manager took care of me, but if they set the example I’m sure the employees will follow.

I had an excellent experience here at this newer Valvoline! Jayvon and Tara were my Techs and they were extremely professional, very kind and welcoming. I recommend both for management at some point soon!

Quick, efficient, convenient, and always polite. Plus, this store has got plenty of girl power working on cars. Thats a bonus for me.

Took over an hour to get my oil changed. Told me I needed a new battery that it would be 245$ then charged me 300$ for just the battery …

Demetre, Javon, and Duvan all worked on my car and provided excellent service. Demetre was extremely helpful and explained everything in such great detail that I actually understood what was going on! I usually have so much anxiety handling any maintenance with my car, however, he really eased my anxiety and helped me understand! I am so thankful for this! Best car experience I’ve ever had hands down!!
