  CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I HAD A COUPON FOR GRUBIN, DIDN'T. I COULDN'T TAKE IT CAUSE YOU TELL ME. I HAD TO WAIT TWENTY FOUR HOURS OR FORTY EIGHT HOURS 22 GET THROUGH. SO THEN I AND HE AND I ASKED, COULD I SAVE AT LEAST FIFTEEN PERCENT? CAUSE I KNOW WHEN THAT OIL CHANGED. PLACE DOES AND YOU WOULDN'T ACCEPT THAT SO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS OVER THERE. CAN'T STAY IN THAT PLACE WE'RE NEVER, EVER I WOULD NEVER, EVER GO TO THAT PLACE EVER AGAIN ON PLEASANT HILL ROAD

  This was genuinely one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, I was incredibly impressed with the level of care, communication, and attention to detail from the entire team. Demetre, who we primarily worked with, was phenomenal. He was extremely detail-oriented, personable, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk us through everything so we always knew exactly what was happening. The service team, Gissett, Brandon, & Esteban, were equally impressive. They were thorough in their work, excellent in their communication with both us and each other, and clearly committed to providing exceptional service. It’s rare to experience this level of customer service and it absolutely stood out. I left feeling completely confident in the work that was done and genuinely valued as a customer. You have absolutely earned our future business and we will definitely be back. Thank you for such an outstanding experience!

  Wow very impressed by the service of rose very polite i thought i was at chick fill a due to her customer service i always go to hunters creek put the one in poinciana is a wow today the had mostly ladies working the bay and it says they are an aqual opportunity employer i notice demetre hepling out another worker tara which was willing to learn with kindness and patience am i impressed Yes..

  Never heard about an oil place not changing oil with out removing drain plug. That just doesn’t make sense? And to top it off they don’t remove old one either. They say we do service but they don’t thanks for wasting my drive and morning, especially dealing with traffic thanks for nothing. I guess I’ll have to find somebody else and the bad part about it is they’re only three minutes away from my house. I would figure it would be more convenient.but what ever

  All the staff working that day took part in doing something to my vehicle and they showed me and explained everything they were doing. Very friendly staff. Clean work place and not too much obstacles getting in or out of shop. I would definitely return there in the future
