Got a great deal on Groupon for a full oil change and when I arrived, the employees at Valvoline were so kind, attentive and did a great job changing multiple things my car needed and explaining all that they did. Brandon, Gissett & Esteban were the ones who serviced my car with great service. This will be my new consistent place for future oil changes.

Don't like there service they try to sale everything they can add to your car that you don't need not to good in customer service has some girl there as mechanic she pop out something from my Hood and wrote after missing she's lost it don't like there service there all kids from high school what they know changing car oil

The customer service is amazing, the place looks clean and organized, I never take any extra service like bulb change or filter change, but with the attention and great customer service provided by the manager rose, I'll pay any service she suggest to me, for sure I'll stay with this location.
The staff at this location were friendly and knowledgeable. The shop area was clean and organized. The work on my car was done efficiently and well explained. I appreciate the fact that they checked multiple things that should be checked regularly on my car. I really appreciate good friendly service and that's what I received from Dimitri. I will be back for additional oil changes and potentially a radiator flush. Thank you for providing the service that you do.

Pulled in to wait for bay 3 to finish next to a car waiting in line for bay 2. Bay 3 finishes and staff asks me to swap with the car waiting for bay 2 since they were there first. Sure, no problem, I get in line for bay 2. Car pulls in next to me for bay 1. Bay 1 finishes and they wave in the car waiting for bay 1. I open the door and ask what's up, they moved them in when I had been waiting longer- probably 15 minutes more at this point. Staff says the car in front of me in bay 2 had an issue and will be done in 5-10 minutes. I ask for a discount, he says they can't do that. I told him I was done waiting and left. Moral of the story, if you are going to wait, be ready to wait a while.
