- CJCharles JohnJun 17, 20261.0If I could’ve gave them zero stars, they want $50 a month for the highest monthly package and I didn’t even get Tire shine. They have no towels no Windex they didn’t even put Tire shine on my truck worst place I’ve ever been. I think I would’ve went to a ghetto Car Wash and spent $30. I would’ve got a hell of a job. Horrible, horrible horrible.
- LTLuciano TerraCoreJun 14, 20262.0only use Tommy’s because it’s one of the few car washes that can accommodate my dually truck. However, for the same price, I get a much better experience at Water Car Wash. They include towels, glass cleaner, tire shine, air fresheners, wipes, dog treats, and other complimentary items at no extra cost. The equipment is also noticeably better. Their vacuums are much more powerful, and they provide air blowers to help clean hard-to-reach areas, which Tommy’s does not offer. At Tommy’s, many cleaning products and extras are charged separately. For my other vehicles, I always choose Water Car Wash because it offers significantly more value for the same price.

I get it you’re closed right at 8 but there was about 9 cars that just paid for their wash and all of us couldn’t even finish vacuuming. Update just went back shout out to Darien for the good customer service, he’s a good worker

Joe always seems annoyed at something and talks to me like I’m the reason for it. I’ve noticed he’s like this with every person he talks to. I asked if he was a worker or a manager and have been told he’s a manager. It’s baffling how you people just hire anyone. I wonder how higher management must be if they choose him to represent their company. Also the memberships are bs. Regardless what wash you pay for, the outcome is always the same. I’ve looked into it and they currently have a lawsuit over this.
