  I’ve been coming to Tommy’s Car Wash for a few months now after leaving my membership with ModWash. The difference is night and day. The machines don’t scratch your car, the employees are top notch and the overall appearance is ALWAYS CLEAN. I want to point out one special employee, Danielle who is always working hard folding towels, cleaning and helping out customers. She definitely deserves a raise!

  I haved a bad experience at this car was and every single time I go to the window there's always this girl I think it's alo so mean to me and I been here for 2 years the costumer service is just rude everything else is good the the vacuuming can be better otherwise I'm disappointed 😞

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible experience. I used to love this car wash, but the staff is rude and unprofessional. Brandon was especially disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable. Definitely not coming back.

  I’ve been coming to Tommy’s Express for months to wash my Mustang weekly, and I’ve never had any issues here or with any other car wash. I take great care of my car, and it didn’t have a single scratch before today. Unfortunately, today’s experience was completely different. Due to what appears to be a malfunction in the machine, my car suffered significant damage. The driver’s door was dented, the front fender was also damaged, and the paint was affected. The situation is so bad that I can’t even open the driver’s door anymore. A claim has already been opened, and I am currently waiting for a resolution. While I was there waiting for my claim to be processed, “coincidentally,” another blue car was dealing with a similar issue, as its bumper had been completely torn off during the wash. I expect this situation to be resolved promptly and fairly. I rely on my car daily and do not have another vehicle available, so this has caused a major inconvenience. I also expect full responsibility to be taken for the repair costs of my vehicle, which I have always taken great care of.

  The best car wash I’ve been too. Free vacuums. I’m writing this review cause they gave me a free air freshener not their brand, one of the classic tree ones. The wash is amazing too I have a Mercedes, it doesn’t have a track that pulls your wheel, I’ve seen people shred tires like that. I always tell friends and family to use this one, don’t even know the name of the business I just tell them address. They run the business with people first in mind, profits second. We need more companies like them.
