  worst car wash ever don’t buy a membership here don’t know how there still in business don’t have no equipment for the car just rag and vacuum asked a worker can you wet the rag they said no ghetto never again

  I am a regular customer and I have been washing multiple cars at Tommy’s for years. I mainly visit the locations on the West Coast but I recently purchased a few new homes in Central Florida and have been visiting the locations on Goldenrod Road and John Young Parkway. In all the years, I feel compelled to write this review and hope the owner of this location sees it and addresses the issues within. First, this location has the worst customer service of all the locations I have ever been too (8+) throughout Florida. The site leader, Joseph and assistant site leader, Brandon are the most arrogant, self-centered individuals. I visited this location on a 07/31/26 @ approximately 5:28 PM. It was a very busy Friday after work, all the car cleaning stalls were occupied when I exited the car cleaning tube. I pulled into the only lane that was free (handicap) and noticed multiple cars just parked in the lanes unattended. I immediately went to notify staff of the situation. I was met by Brandon who stated that the cars in question belong to the working staff. He then stated the reason they were parked there was, “the vacuums were inoperable.” I accepted his statement at face value and went back into my vehicle and continued to wait for an available stall. While waiting I went to corroborate Brandon’s statement and tested the vacuums myself. All were working perfectly. I immediately rang the bell to the office again, Brandon emerged and stated “yes they work but the suction is not the best. At this point I knew he was lying and questioned him further and found out the Blue Kia Optima (pictured below) belongs to him. I then stated to him that it should be a company policy that employees should park as far away from stalls intended for paying guests. He looked at me as if he had never heard of such a statement. I told him that in my career I have fired employees for not complying with simple common sense actions. I asked who his manager was and when I could speak to him about the issue, he told me the owner is Joseph and he would be in on the following day. The following day I met with Joseph who could care less about the issue I was raising and defended the employees continuing to occupy customer stalls. I even pointed out available parking near a dumpster, Racetrack Gas station or LA Fitness, all of which have ample parking spots to accommodate staff. My suggestions have fallen on deaf ears and the employees feel as if they can do whatever they want. In conclusion, I hope this review reaches the appropriate individual who can address and rectify a simply issue.
