  Before you rent please know that you need to bring a utility bill that matches the address on your ID. Then if you don’t have it takes 3 days to get your money back. Just a waste of time and the workers are rude. No smile or anything.

  Victor made my experience at SIXT exceptional. He was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He explained the rental process clearly, answered all of my questions, and had me on the road in no time. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made all the difference.
