  Amazing service by Maria. We had to do an upgrade after picking up a new rental, driving to the hotel and noticing we were lacking space to fit all our luggage (too many trips to the outlets by 4 people and a baby affected our space perception). Maria was understandable of our situation and managed to upgrade us to a bigger car in a timely manner.

  We come to this office every time we travel to Orlando and the service is always spotless. We want to thank personally Angelica who assisted us this time. We will come back for sure!

  Never rent from SIXT, especially the Margaritaville location. I had a confirmed reservation made weeks in advance for a 3:30 PM pickup. The location closes at 3:00 PM, making it impossible to honor my confirmed reservation time. I was never contacted in advance, warned, or given any opportunity to adjust the booking. When I reached customer service, I was met with extremely rude and dismissive behavior. Instead of taking responsibility for the clear scheduling failure, I was offered an alternative location at an outrageously inflated price (hundreds of times higher than my original reservation). When I questioned this, I was essentially told there was nothing they would do. No car was provided, no reasonable solution was offered, and no accountability was taken for allowing a booking that could not be fulfilled. Completely unacceptable experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this location and company.

  I will happily never rent here again. Pre-acceptance report and my own eyes evidenced a Camry replete with scratches on multiple surfaces including roof, hood and door panels. To my surprise after return of vehicle I was “dinged” for paint damage to a wheel well. I’m awaiting what unsubstantiated charges Sixt will assess. As of 5/1/26 I won’t do business with company again.

  Great experience from start to finish. Pickup was fast and organized. The staff was professional and clear with the rental terms. The car was clean, in excellent condition, and ready on time. Picking up at margaritaville it’s super convenient and he is wonderful . Return was smooth and took only a few minutes. No surprises with charges, everything matched what was agreed. What stood out: * Efficient service at pickup and drop-off * Friendly and helpful staff * Vehicle quality met expectations * Transparent pricing Overall, the process felt reliable and well managed. I would rent again.
